Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating when I suddenly needed a new condenser unit. It was mid summer and there was a forecast of wildfire smoke coming in a couple days so open windows weren't much of an option, but he was able to come out same day for a quote and got the new unit installed the next day. That was like five days sooner than any of the other places I contacted. He was very informative and friendly as well, and gave me a good price
