It's a SCAM!!!! do NOT GO HERE!!!! They contract out for business you don't know who is coming to your home! Plus they tried charging us 300 for some advice, NO JOB WAS EVEN DONE AT ALL!! Scam scam scam!

they took $150 of my money so i can be part of the yearly program. told me they would be there tuesday, they were a no call no show. they rescheduled me to wednesday . I called 5 times told they were on they way no call and no show again. now they want to come on Friday. I want my $150 back NOW. I will find someone more honest. Do not sign up for the year program it is a scam...

The technician was amazing. I came back from vacation to a very warm house and he responded right away to fix the problem the same day. He was prompt and very knowledgeable to make sure all parts inside and outside were working properly. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Wallace Heating and Cooling went beyond to help us get an AC unit.They gave us a fair quote and then they sent a technician to install the unit for us. The technicians were very friendly and very helpful.Will highly recommend.

Do not call this company, expecting any kind of results. This is a sham, a rip-off, I am in the process of reversing the charges they charged my credit card because they did nothing. They will do nothing. These people are ripping you off, selling you some silly membership so that you don't have to pay service charges going forward. Meanwhile the technician they sent out trampled my Gardens around the air conditioner, says he diagnosed the problem, but can't fix the problem because he doesn't do the recharges. When they called me back they said it would be a week before somebody could get out to do the recharge. This is a scheme, not a business. Use them at your own

I had an emergency call and George kept it honest and simple, he fixed the problem and got my AC running in 45 mins. He respected the environment by making sure that he left it as clean as it was when he first started. I would very much recommend George to anyone.

Anthony Lewis came out for a furnace problem. He was kind, honest and knowledgeable. He went on and above to get the needed part and quickly had my furnace back up and working in no time. Price was fair and he communicated prior and when he arrived. Great service!!

Our AC broke on a hot day. Called Wallace Heating and Cooling and they came out right away. George was awesome and our AC was up and running in less than an hour. Friendly, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend.

We made 11 years of errors before going with Wallace Heating and Cooling products and service contract. They provide a winning combination of friendly professional service, and education of us as owners of equipment. This, and the 24/7 comfort of our family tell me we will never use anyone else.

I called yesterday to book A/C repairs. They sent a technician this morning to let me know my A/C wasn't working (Duh). He didn't know what the oily substance on top of my furniture cabinet was..."never seen that before". He checked the pressure in my A/C lines and let me know the A/C was low on freon . He had nothing to fix it and it cost me $150.00. I had to call a different company to fix it. Why can't you do ZERO stars?
