Really good for heating and cooling

Seems to be out of business, doors padlocked during business hours.

They can't answer any questions, all answers for me I don't know sorry

Tech s are very nice, and polite.

The new furnace/AC has not been installed yet.

Went out of business the week after I had a furnace installed

My central air only last for about 4 years until it went out, I have a five year warranty but it only cover parts only, now I'm back to square one.

Very professional and very satisfied with airtronics. Our air went out and they were out the very next day when others had a 3 week wait. Highly recommended

They came to fix furnace, next day it didn't work properly. Called and left messages, no response. Went by place, no one there. Very upset to have paid so much money for shoddy service.

This company is is a contractor for dte energy, they do not do a thorugh job, causing multiple trips to your home, the managment is beyond rude and inconsciderate. The manager talks back to consumers, treats them like dirt, hangs up the phone on you, and even stated " you expect us to do a thourogh job during this busy time of the year, why should we examine the system to find the exact cause to your problem" and even stated " I'm glad you wont do business with us anymore as we have tens of thousands of other michigan people we can use" I would never ever do business with a company that treats everyone like a nobody and they dont care! Give your business to a company who cares and will treat you like a customer, respect and courtesy

Service person was very knowledgeable and friendly. Repair was done quickly. Most important was that he came with a mask on and kept it on without having to be asked. That was respectful of my home and family and earned my future business.

My furnace and hot water tank needed cleaning. They came out cleaned the furnance, changed the filter. Gave me the Consumers Energy Discount, filled out all the paper work for me . very efficent and courteous. My daughter and I also own home rentals and they have been taking care of our furnance and hot water for several years now. When ever we have a problem no matter what time of day Airtronic Heating and Cooling have always taken care of the problems immediately. I highly recommed this company for its excellent service, knowledge and courtesy.

They handled our complex ductwork issues with ease. Our home is finally evenly heated and cooled. What a difference!

The previous owners sold the business, I was saddened to hear that they were truly wonderful. I called because I needed a furnace repair. The gentleman comes to my home and tells me I need a new furnace (which is 8 years old) and if I do not purchase one I could wake up to a gas leak or an explosion. Then he also goes to tell me that I need other things done in my home he was there for a furnace. My neighbor down the street works for an HVAC company which I totally forgot about, he came down that night and cleaned something off on the inside of my furnace and it was blowing out hot heat. Do not use this company they are a rip off and they make you feel completely uncomfortable when they are there. I will be reporting this business to the state.

When our AC died and another so-called "reputable" company refilled our Freon, and charged us $495 . When the problem continued, they recommended replacing the entire AC unit. Then we turned to Airtronic. Bill identified that a coil needed to be replaced, gave an exact price, and had Fred, one of his certified techs resolve the problem. Both Bill and Fred were professional, and went out of their way to provide superior customer service and skill. They knew what to do, and did exactly what they said. As a contractor who has seen and worked with many heating & cooling companies, I can say with experience and absolute certainty: Airtronic is by far the BEST company period. Thank You Bill for everything!!!

I contacted Airtronic for a basic furnace cleaning. The price was reasonable (99$), the appointment was available within 3 days of me calling, and the service was quick and professional. I'll definitely call again in the future.

The repair man arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed in minutes. Control board for the central air went out. Everything went fine. Quoted me almost four hundred dollars. I have a home warranty and they refused to take payment from the warranty department. So then said if he has to come back he will charge me a second fee for returning. Although the issue was on their end. Won't use them.

This is the second time I have used Airtronic and they are awesome! Bill came out for my AC this summer and Kevin just took care of my furnace. Both were really knowledgeable and wonderful. I, highly, recommend them!
