The budget plumbing heating & cooling company is a guarantee excellent results. The main man Kenny sent a excellent person who would get the job done, so if u want one in particular ask for Christian. Hard worker and dedicated to what he do and does.

Kenny has been my go to HVAC guy for about 3-4 years now. He’s always professional and his work is great. He has completed work on more then 20 homes for me and i am completely satisfied every time. Even people i refer him to are pleased. His prices are fair and he explains what the problem is in detail and what he will need to do, to make sure its not a reoccurring issue. Highly recommended.

Wanted to charge me 800 for a motor for my furnace got it for 300. Some contractors just be getting over. So 500 labor fee for a 10 min job. Leaving this review as a reminder to never call this company again.

Kenny installed a new water heater for us in the past, and he recently was able to do an after hours / weekend emergency furnace fix. In both cases he was very professional, had great communication and saw the jobs through to completion. I would highly recommend him.

Kenny, was very professional nice and kind.
When I called , I didn't have any heat my house felt like freezer. Kenny told he would come that day. Kenny did an excellent job now my house is warm and cozy!

The team was readily available for same day service of my central air unit. They were knowledgeable of the issue and also had parts on hand to repair the unit. Kenny from budget heating and cooling was prompt and professional. He gave me an accurate quote and didn’t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He and his partner got right to work. He provided same day quality service. Hopefully no one else needs a furnace replacement as I did but if so , Budget will be my first recommendation.

I phoned to request service on Wednesday, Ken arrived on the job site the same day. He thoroughly explained exactly what was going on with my A/C system and repaired it.

I got a full install (furnace and ductwork) from Kenneth of Budget Heating and Cooling just to learn that the ductwork wasn't installed correctly. Resulting in me having to spend more money for it to be right. I don’t recommend.

Kenny was great. There aren’t many technicians who work on boilers these days. He was able to trouble shoot my boiler issue and he took the time to explain the issues. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an honest hvac/boiler specialist.

So I contacted Kenny on Facebook marketplace, which started off as a professional conversation. I elaborated on the issues, I was having with my electric furnaces needing to be installed at my duplex. He replied and said he could install them. He Sent me his number I texted the address, UNIT 1: when he arrived he took pictures of the furnace then I asked was he licensed and he stated that he was, then I ask about pulling a permit for the job. He said (“I’ll go pull a permit when I go get your materials”) I said ok.
He looked around made a call, then said it will be $1750 each to install . I said cool he said I need half now I said no, I’ll give you a 3rd of the money which we agreed upon at the installation. He leaves come back with the material, said the materials came up to more than the money I gave which was $800
$500 for the first unit 300 for the second unit . Cleared has way and let him work. Gets everything installed incorrectly. Gets paid smile and say this was my first time installing one these .which after he finished he left my materials outside to the second unit. He stated he had to go handle business (took pictures)
Kinda didn’t pay no attention because I was in a rush to move my tenants in. I turned it on for the heat so the guys can finish working but the breaker kept popping, I called him told him the problem, he said i don’t know why it’s doing that
you might have to call an electrician because it shouldn’t be popping.I was confused he said that. Called out an electrician. He said that the wires that was feeding in the furnace was wrong and he never tied in my flex ductwork nor finished my cut out for my cold air return this guy is not good for business plus stop answering my calls to resolve the issue I will never recommend him to anyone, p.s I WILL BE SEEING YOU IN COURT BROTHER

kudos to you on a job well done and proficiently completed mr. baugh. the boiler that you installed is working perfectly and the entire house is lit up (heated); and you did it all on bleeping xmas eve!!!! the knox family thanks you very much for your expertise and service.

Has anyone seen Kenny? Is he ok? I gave him over $600 to permit a job. There is no permit on record and he does not answer my calls. Up to this job, I was pleased with his service. I think he may be sick or otherwise incapacitated.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. Reasonably priced, personable, and knowledgeable. Extremely responsive, and willing to help in any way possible. I cannot recommend him more.

Really appreciate Kenny coming through after hours and getting my furnace back working. He was on time and even waited for me. Very efficient and affordable.

Kenny came early, finished the job in little to no time at all and was very respectful! Heat is back on and working like new!
