This place has been around for a very long time the people who run it are doing a very good job.

They came out real fast and got me heat when I needed it. Good group of guys.

Quick response and great gesture by the owner to give free service calls for local flooded homes. Just a bit pricey compared to others.

Had two appointments and they never showed. Once they called and said they would be there in 3 hours....waited no phone call or nothing. Finally went with someone else

Only place open in my area on new yers eve and i needed a thermocouple for my elderly mother and they would not sell me the part becouse of there greed for a service call! And the lady ended up hanging up on me! I would give this place 0 stars if i could!!!

Very nice people. Just purchased a new Lennox furnace from Circle and they're great. Definitely happy that I went with them.

They did exceptional work at my house and when I called them to check my elderly aunts air conditioner they thoroughly impressed her with their helpfulness and professionalism.

Terrible customer service—so disappointed in them not showing up over and over today after I called them 3 times and am done with them and just scheduled another company. They used to be so good before they merged with Colonial. They’ve lost a long-time customer as well as my friends and family.

I was very impressed with how professional and neat the installation of my furnace went. They offer competitive pricing and they serve their community well. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I would strongly recommend Circle Heating and Cooling for any heating or cooling serivce. I had Family heating and cooling out to service my furnance and after 20 minutes they told me I needed an entirely new unit. I called Circle out and the had the ignitor replaced in no time and saved me hundreds of dollars. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.

Update: 11/25 got a call early in the am to follow up on the appointment where we missed one another. Sean came out and was fast in diagnosing the issue. Gave me the solutions and options to choose and what to do. Would suggest them. Thanks

11/23 Scheduled appointment for them to come out. Received phone call they would be out in 15 mins. An hour passed and nothing. Called them and left message that I was waiting on them.

Very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly staff (we had service technician Sean). Our AC issue was resolved quickly after trouble shooting the problem and explaining the process in detail. We'll use Circle Heating and Cooling for future heating and cooling needs.
