I was so glad that I called this company. Their price is reasonable. The gentleman's name was Davis. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He showed me before and after how dirty the air ducts are. He did a fabulous job. I would recommend his company.

On the phone, I was quoted for roughly $500. When the contracted employee arrived to assess my home, he quoted me over $900 and arrived in a van that lacked the necessary equipment for this job (it was a standard full size van that did not include the vacuum equipment). The employee would not leave my home unless I paid him $125 for a “service fee” despite not actually providing any services and merely quoting me for $400+ over what I was told on the phone. He was even trying to bargain with us, making the whole situation feel like a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if you are a first time home buyer or a woman who lives alone.

I booked an appointment for them to clean my duct, dryer vent, AC condenser cleaning. They did a great job of cleaning and putting everything back the way they found it. I have told friends and relatives what a great job they did. I will use Soar Air Duct Cleaning again in the future.

Steve and his team were incredibly nice and professional. They cleaned out my air ducts which is exactly what I needed since my vents weren't working properly. They came, told me the issue and fixed it for me. I am extremely happy with the results. Would definitely recommend Soar Air Duct Cleaning!

Our dryer vent was clogged, and they did an excellent job of removing the bird's nest that had built up inside. They were efficient, friendly, and courteous. To prevent this from happening again, I had them install a metal bird guard. They even cleaned up the debris that had been pulled from the vent. When was the last time you had a contractor clean up after themselves? You did an excellent job! Highly recommended.

Davis arrived on time and was very professional. He expertly cleaned all the ducts. This is the third time we have used this company and we have always been very pleased with their service. We will happily recommend them to family and friends and we certainly will call Soar Air Duct Cleaning again for regular maintenance.

I had a great experience to say the least. One morning after I ran off to work, I got a call from home that it was very cold in the house and the furnace was not functioning properly. My father was at my home with my kids and I'll be damned if he isn't one of the handiest hard working people I know. However, he couldn't get the furnace to cycle correctly and the house was getting colder by the minute with my kids at home with their grandpa. I have known the good people at Supreme Heating and Cooling for a number of years professionally but never had to call for help. They asked me a few questions of what the furnace was doing and gave my dad a couple of ideas to get it started which half worked. However they determined that it would be best to come out and perform a service especially considering I had little ones in the house. They moved around their schedule and sent someone to my house to meet my dad with in an hour. The gentleman that came out was professional and worked diligently (according to my dad; which alone is a huge compliment) and thoroughly cleaned the burners, sensors and everything else inside the furnace to even appease the high standard of my father. After the gentleman had spent a considerable amount of time doing his exemplary work, he also had cleaned up his work space and my utility sink he had used to rinse out parts. He left no trace of his work behind for me to clean up when I got home from work that day. Speaking of getting home that day, when I did get home my house was nice and warm, I went into the basement and noticed immediately that my furnace was quieter that I ever remembered it burning. I also noticed the flame was solid blue across the burners and gas was burning completely. When my furnace shut off I pulled it open and I couldn't believe the length the serviceman had gone through. It was so perfectly clean inside I could have sworn half of the parts were new. But no parts were needed, just a good through cleaning was and I was charged a very fair price for a emergency level call. He didn't try to swindle me and say something was broke and or try to get me to buy a new furnace, etc, etc. He came out quick, did a great job and a solid price. I would like to genuinely thank them for such great work.

Had furnace & Air conditioner & hot water tank installed. Installers were on time, very professional and knowledgeable about their products! My hot water tank blew out the bottom and made a huge mess in my basement, when they left the basement was spotless! Would & do recommend Supreme Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of their services!

Called Supreme to address several problems we were having with our heating system. We own a high-efficiency furnace that is a bit complicated. Other HVAC companies have struggled servicing this furnace in the past. Randy was great. He dug in hard, found the problem, and resolved our issues. We are up and running again. Truthfully $100 just to advise me to buy a new boiler after ‘not trying to scare me’ but basically telling me ‘the boiler is a bomb’ is a bit excessive. That’s 100 I’ll never get back. $100!!! Perhaps using it towards the repair would be a better use of the funds or just sell boilers.

I was advised that my boiler ‘may explode’ or it’s far to old to be touched with out it breaking and being unrepairable, Because the tech ‘didn’t want to play with it’. He said ‘I could work on it’ but pretty much guaranteed that it would be a failure and I would have not much other option than to buy a new boiler.

He also said key parts weren’t available.. the tech I’m dealing with now bought the parts the next day and installed them without issue.

Another problem I had is going out to the truck to talk to the manager..why not speak in front of me? (Dodgy) I’m sure you all have your protocol and it’s a what you’re taught to do. But I had a company come out and actually and thoroughly inspect the boiler and gave me realistic options to repair the boiler and not once was buying a new boiler spoke of.

The repair tactics are a bit much. but if you want a brand spanking new boiler please go with this company but otherwise nah. On a positive note the tech was respectful and well mannered and completely understood why we didn’t want him to repair it, while of course taking $100 for his eloquent advice.

No hard feelings. I just wish for a consultation that didn’t feel like I lost so much. And in fairness you guys told me the protocol beforehand and out of complete desperation frigid temperatures, I agreed thinking repair wouldn’t be problematic. A $100 lesson learned. God bless you.

UPDATE: stay away from this company. There are many better and more affordable service providers. The service was incomplete and they won’t fix it because they don’t like my review. I already paid way too much (so much I’m embarrassed to say). They ought to be ashamed of themselves. And they are not transparent with costs. Costs should be provided before the visit. Just utterly ridiculous. This is my first year with a boiler - this won’t happen to me again rest assured. And I will see these guys in court!

Way.Too.Expensive!!! This was not an emergency call. For the cost of this service, I should leave the mess and buy a new boiler in 6 years. Literally.

They cleaned the burner, level sensor, pigtail, and pilot. They charged me TRIPLE the National HIGH cost for a general cleaning and 1.5x the average deep clean and they didn't do a deep clean (empty the system nor descale the tubes). Moreover it was $77 over the cost he told me. “Around”

Replaced the sight glass when he replaced the nuts and seals but you could see water in the site glass. I really question if he could have cleaned it or just left it and replaced a $2 seal. Honestly, there was a very small water stain but nothing wet. I really question if it was a leak at all.

Replaced 2 straight vents that I thought was supposed to be $100 less.

They cancelled my Friday appointment and came Monday. It’s going to be chilly this week so I felt stuck.

Outstanding service. Very honest and reliable.

We called Supreme in desperation after our furnace started smoking on a Friday evening, late at night on a holiday weekend. First thing in the morning the next day, Supreme was there. They identified that our motor fan had blown out and offered us several options at different price points from replacing the motor, rebuilding the motor all the way up to replacing the entire 40 year old unit. We did end up having the unit replaced and couldn't thank Supreme enough for for thoughtful advice and for working with us towards our best solution.

Will be back to Dennis and team in the future. A+

Supreme was one of the few companies willing to service (not replace) my vintage forced air furnace and works in the City of Detroit. I was very happy with their knowledge and skill of older systems. They were able to keep it running as well as make some small improvements at a reasonable cost.

If you are looking for a company with educated, professional people and an overabundance of integrity, this is your company. TheyGThey respected me and my home. Gary, Mike, Mike, Doug and Dennis acted as my personal team to problem solve my 100 year old system and find ways to install new AC on my upper two floors. They looked for ways to save me money and they really cared about doing things right the first time around. I couldn't have been in better hands. They took care of my heating needs now, and I'll have them back in the spring to install AC and heating upstairs . Thanks you so much, you guys are truly the best!

I needed to replace an old boiler for my house in Grosse Pointe, so I called Supreme. Dennis was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He came out the next day to measure the radiators to properly size the new boiler and gave me a detailed quote and a fair price. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Two business days later, I had a new boiler installed. It looks professionally done and passed the city inspection without issue. They showed up on time and even installed a metal folder on the wall to store the documentation. They installed the previous boiler, which lasted 25 years, and I’m hoping to get at least that many years out of the new one. I would recommend them without hesitation and would gladly call them again for all of my heating and cooling needs.

Supreme is our go-to boiler service company. One room was not receiving heat at all. Mike and his team tried various solutions to resolve the issue until they were successful. I always felt that they knew what they were doing and would find a resolution. Grateful for the service that Supreme provides.

Matthew came out to my household and was very friendly and informative on any questions I asked. Supreme was able to handle my urgent request to fix my AC unit and came out the next day. The professional and quality work that Matthew provided is unbelievable. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your heating/cooling issues and will be using them for any future work needed done.

I cannot say enough good things about Supreme Heating. From the appointment to the follow up and everything in between, Supreme was top notch. Dennis was thorough, kind and professional. He explained everything before the job was started so there were no surprises. The installers were courteous, fast and they cleaned up when they finished installing our new AC. Suzanne, was awesome. Always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone! We couldn’t be happier.
