Top-notch service as always. They tried their best to fix our hot water heater (15 years old) and bought us a little time. They then worked with us to replace the unit and everything has been great since. They are our go-to folks for anything HVAC.

Cannot say enough great things about my experience working with Supreme. I’m restoring a ~100-year old home in Detroit that needed a new boiler and Supreme handled everything, exceeding all of my expectations.

To begin, when I called to schedule an estimate, the receptionist informed me that they had actually performed work on my home before... in 1993! They are located in the neighborhood and have been in business for many years, so that made sense. Nevertheless I was impressed with their record keeping.

On the management side I mostly dealt with Dennis who is knowledgeable, prompt, and hard-working. He came and toured the house, inspected the boiler, and answered all of my questions (I’m an engineer but knew little about boilers, so I had many). He prepared a detailed estimate for me on the spot.

The installation crew was on time both days, super friendly, funny, and they worked their butts off. Just getting the boiler down to the basement took 3-4 guys maneuvering a tight staircase. It was quite an operation.

Install went smooth and afterwards Joe from the crew gave me a brief lesson in boiler maintenance. The finished product looks great and my house is warm and toasty.

Boilers are complicated and there are lots of ways to mess up the system. I was very happy I hired Supreme Heating for the job.

I had Supreme do a new boiler installation. From the estimate to installation, everything was very professional. Dennis' estimate was very thorough and educational. He calculated the correct size unit for my house and did not try to sell a boiler too big for what I needed. The installation crew was on time and very professional. They answered all of my questions and explained the features of the new boiler to me. Also, very good clean-up after the job was done. Getting a new boiler is a daunting task but Supreme made it easy.

This was the best experience I had in a long time .the project manager was a female she was excellent and a young black male was working beside her who would made any mother proud .they came to do the job did and clean up and cap it moving love my new boiler

Mathew was my tech, extremely knowledgeable. Got my heat back on until the parts come in but we have HEAT. Why do these things happen on a weekend??

After almost 40 years in operation, our home boiler had started leaking carbon monoxide laced fumes. I called in Supreme Heating & Cooling to deal with the problem. They were able replace our ancient boiler with a new high efficiency model while also correcting long-standing pipe layout and piping corrosion problems. Most impressively, they completed the job in less than 2 days on site. A year before, they also replaced our 20 year old, leaking hot water heater. I highly recommend this company for your steam and water heating issues.

We would highly recommend using Supreme, they were quick, efficient and affordable. We had an issue with our furnace not keeping up in the ultra cold weather and they sent someone out that day and had it fixed in minutes. Dennis and his team are incredible and great to work with, and were kind to my overbearing giant dog :)

This company was amazing! I'm not home due to a broken leg. My neighbors told me the glass pipe on my boiler was spraying water. Supreme Heating and Cooling was there in an hour and did an amazing job. They are my new furnace people for ever! Thank you, Sandy

Dennis was great to deal with on the phone, assured me that they did work on steam systems (the last company told us they did, then came out and said they didn't, woof) and set us up an appointment. Dennis said someone would be with us between 8-12, called us on the day right at 8 and said to expect a tech between 8:30 - 9. Brandon showed up right on time, clearly knew his stuff when it came to steam systems, and fixed what needed to be fixed for a great price (including installing a water feeder for cheaper than another company had quoted me almost 3 years ago AND had the part with him on his truck so could do it same day)

Brandon was such a kind and pleasant person. We have a boiler and he's very knowledgeable about the maintenance. Very understandable about the call and took his time to figure the issue out. Once he located the problem, he explained what the problems are and the solution also showed me the issue and explain it to me so i couls understand. Very understanding and calm individual. Thank you Brandon. He's our guy and always welcome to maintain our boiler.

Dennis was very friendly and quickly scheduled a same-day furnace repair. The technician, Brandon, was super nice and diagnosed the problem after a number of tests. It's great to have heat again! Excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Supreme. They were very accommodating with my schedule and tight timeline. Brandon took the time to thoroughly inspect our furnace and hot water heater, making sure everything was clean and working properly. He arrived on time and explained clearly what was causing a small leak and how he planned to fix it - which I really appreciated. The entire process was quick, painless and professional. I felt confident everything was handled correctly and would absolutely use Supreme again.
