Did not call back on a boiler installation quote request. It's a contractor's way of telling you they don't want the job.

Arrived in good time and made sure it was working when something needed to be replaced they took the time to explain what and why as well as show me the part. No complaints

We scheduled 3 times during 2 weeks
They never showed, Dave didn’t answer to over 100 calls during these days and didn’t get back to any messages or email.
And after over 10 days he said- I can’t take this Job, Don’t waste your time.

This is by far the best heating and air conditioning company in the Metro Detroit Area. The contractors were extremely friendly and very skilled at what they do. If you're looking for any HVAC work for your home or business, I'd advise you to call JLH.

Very disappointed in JLH. I contacted the two times based on the reviews listed here. Received their 'answering machine'. Left my name and cell phone number. Never received a call back. Of course, I cannot review any other particulars about the company beyond the lack of professionalism.

I had two other companies come to my home, very picky, unprofessional and rude, "JLH HEATING" I would recommend to everyone!! Very professional, Did installation above and beyond what I expected.

JLH replaced some rooftop HVAC units that were vandalized at my business a couple of years ago and did a terrific job then, so when my wife and I moved into a house recently that needed a new furnace I got a quote from them that was quite reasonable and decided that it would have been stupid to not go with a known entity rather than a stranger (even if they advertise a lot). When we ran into a problem related to the air conditioner that was not a part of the original deal they took care of it and treated me fairly when they could have easily taken advantage of the situation. When the project was complete and the local building inspectors came out, my wife overheard the electrical inspector repeating "Nice, Nice" over and over again and the mechanical inspector told her what a top notch installation we had gotten. You can't get much of a better endorsement than one coming from someone who looks at these installations for a living and sees both good and bad ones.

This heating and cooling company is the truth! They did an excellent job with the my heating and cooling! They were great people, great service!

JHL is the real deal!! Had them replace my boiler this past fall and I can't not be more pleased with everything! Dave and his team worked quickly and dealt with all the obstacles that come with an old house and an old boiler, they were professional, courteous and his price was outstanding. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

My AC wasn't working, so I called for a new AC rate. David performed a diagnostic and got my AC up and running. He was nice, educated me on some things, and very professional. I look forward to calling back when it's time to replace my old unit.
