Wow, I am a new homeowner and I love in a 100+ year old house. I've been dealing with a lot of companies recently to get my plumbing, electricity, and heating up to code and safety. I called Supreme and they had worked on the house through the previous owner. Like many of the reviews you see in their page, this is common and incredible. The technician, Brandon, came over, taught me how to use the boiler, fill her up with water, and taught me some quick trips. He made suggestions in what to do with the boiler, what to fix in the future, and provided support on how to keep up the boiler. It was very helpful, and the service from start to finish was great!

Mike B was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Maybe the first tech we’ve had to our old home that truly understands steam systems. He walked me through my system - boiler, vents, radiators and piping and cleaned everything out. We’ve had other techs come and just turn on the boiler. Working with Mike and Supreme was a revelation and we will definitely be calling them again for our needs.

We have used Supreme for years to service and install HVAC in our home. We continue to be impressed by the professional and responsive service at all levels- dispatch, sales and technicians. Mike, the new owner , and his team provided prompt and professional service installing my in-laws new furnace and AC at a fair price. Supreme provided electric heaters while waiting for the new furnace to arrive. Suzanne even helped obtain a rebate for installing a more energy efficient system too.
We will continue to recommend Supreme for our heating and cooling needs.

He also determined that our 12 year old boiler was overdue for some basic maintenance, cleaning and pilot light component replacement. Brandon also took a look outside to see if there were any signs of draft issues. He performed the necessary work and charged a fair price. Thank you for your work and professionalism.

We’ve used supreme heating to install our new furnace. We live in a home over 100 years old and not many companies service radiators. They were able to put in a new system and have stood by their work. Also, unlike other places these guys have the highest amount of integrity. I can’t tell you how many times they talked me out of spending more money than I needed to in order to fix a problem. I am a Very satisfied customer.

Company representative came to view my boiler. Said was terrible shape. Said replacement would cost ten thousand dollars at. Was charged nearly $500.00. On boiler was charged a $100.00 dollars for him to just check my water. Plus another $100.00 dollars for checking the boiler. So total was near $500.00 dollars. Another part was leaking that employee had banged on. Had a another boiler person with 30 years experience look at the boiler. He stopped the leak and and replaced a plug that was only a $1.29 dollar. Part has not leaked since. Was told boiler could be replaced for nice than $10,000 dollars. So I won't be dealing with Supreme anymore. Don't like how things was handled by the employee.

There's no HVAC company I would even consider other than Supreme. Always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. And their pricing is fair. They might not be the lowest, but, great service is worth something. Cheaper is never better. And Matt is the best tech I've ever used. Takes the time to explain what's going on. There can be only one! And that's Supreme.

House is 100 yrs with steam heat. Heat went out last night. We were so lucky service was available today. Mike replace a few parts and made friends with my very shy cat. Work was completed quickly and reasonably. I am now on schedule for maintenance. The last time it was serviced was (previous owners). 2007. No warranty is that good - lol! Highly recommend Supreme Heating and Cooling.

Had an amazingly helpful visit from Mike B, who worked and worked and worked for THREE HOURS to get my heat back up and running. He didn’t give up and tried everything to avoid an excessively costly repair. He was pleasant and professional and I was charged a fair price for the work completed. Highly recommend.

The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I worried about being over quoted. I went in wanting a new boiler and I had already received an estimate from another location. Supreme’s estimate was about 20% lower than their competitors. After Dennis came out to give a firm quote it was under what he estimated. I was provided financing options which was wonderful. They were able to come within that same week and install. The team was on time and very professional. They worked without breaking to get it done. The new boiler is working beautifully and looks so much better. I have not a single complaint about my install and service and would recommend 10/10.

Supreme heating I would recommend to anyone these guys really came through for me and my complex very dependable and the quality of the work they did while putting in my new boiler was outstanding. Mike , Joe , Brandon , Jordan what a great group of guys right off the bat they treat you like family . Supreme was a pleasure to work with on the purchase and installation of a new AC and furnace. Very reasonable quote, without any push to upsell me on anything I didn’t need or that was more than I asked for. Install was very efficient and they left the place cleaner than they found it, and went as far to seal up any leaks in my ducts they found during the install. Longer labor warranty than other companies I got quotes from as well. Very satisfied with their service.

Highly recommended! After water flooded my utility room and crawlspace on a Friday, I called Supreme late in the day to inspect my home’s boiler. Mike responded immediately and talked me through the options over the phone and set up an early morning appointment for the next day. It’s worth noting that another company condemned the boiler without seeing it or knowing any details, and wanted to sell me a new unit for $6-7k. Brandon arrived early the next day, inspected the boiler, explained what the necessary repairs were, and got the unit up and running. He was kind enough to also help restart my (gas) dryer and water heater, both of which I was nervous about restarting myself with kids in the house. Brandon was professional, patient with my questions, and truly went above and beyond. My experience was entirely positive and I’m so grateful to have found a company that I trust!

Just had the most phenomenal experience with a repair person (Brandon) from Supreme. Our AC stopped working, and he was able to identify the problem very efficiently. His communication and skills were outstanding. I highly recommend!

I rarely write a review but Supreme Heating and Cooling and especially Mike and Matt are deserving of accolades. I had Supreme replace my 45 y/o water boiler in March. On Black Friday night the boiler stopped working. I called the after hours number and Mike said he would have someone come to the house Saturday morning. As promised, Matt showed up and resolved the issue which turned out to be a defective part from the manufacturer. Supreme has been a great company to work with and have done wonderful work for me. I highly recommend this company! Thanks Matt and Mike!

The 11th of July. My photo below. Guy prevents anyone from merging onto 94. Then when I finally do get on the expressway he cuts in front of my automobile and I have to slam on the brakes If this is how you treat people on the roads I definitely do not want you in my home.

During the days when my mom's heat was out, I was frustrated and had to wait around for a friend of a friend to come and fix the boilers. Unfortunately, it turned out that he didn't have a clue about what he was doing and couldn't fix a thing! I was tired of relying on street referrals for help, so I decided to call Supreme Heating instead. To my delight, they came out and successfully got the heat back on. They also advised me that, truthfully, the system is old and will eventually need to be replaced. Despite any negative comments I had heard about this company, I am extremely happy that I made the call. Supreme Heating is truly amazing, and I want to extend my gratitude to them!
