If I could give it zero stars I absolutely would!!!! This is a SCAM!!!!! They treat you nice and get you to sign up for this membership and then promise a technician and no one comes out! Me and my boss called from two different numbers I called the 855 number and she called the main number and they literally tried to lie to us! We ended up catching them in the lie! DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!! We have already reached out to the BBB, the authorities, and our attorney as well. All the reviews are fake also!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Don’t make the same mistake!

I called on Sunday and Mark was here on Monday to fix our AC which had stopped cooling. This was our first time to use this firm based on a recommendation from my brother. Mark got us back up and running and we couldn't be more pleased. Great job!

The technician arrived within the window they gave when I called. After checking the furnace they provided a quote for the work and completed it right away. Reasonably priced and I didn't feel taken advantage of since I was sitting in a cold house.

Brian and the staff here are top notch. Had an inducer motor fail on my residential furnace. Brian was able to quickly get me pricing on all needed materials, had everything in stock, and at a very reasonable price. He made a suggestion on additional components to make the job easier and it was a huge time saver!! This is my new HVAC store for the future!!

Our central air unit was leaking, so I called empire heading & cooling. I was charged $500 for them to add a filter and a holes to my system. My other unit stopped working the next day. The technician came out THREE times and had no idea on how to fix what went wrong. We called someone else and he was able to tell us OVER THE PHONE the reason why it could have stopped working. The technician had no clue what he was doing and please don’t use there service.

Terrible experience! If I could give no stars I definitely would! Despite all the good reviews, the technician came out in his personal vehicle without uniform, apparently in cohorts with the homeowner to work under the table to fix our furnace. They planned to report back to the company that there weren't any issues, so that only a $99 evaluation would be on file and pocket the money from the fix. The tech returned 2 days after scheduled visit with the owner once again to complete repair off the books, but left after we denied to comply with their under the table scheme. After calling the company to report this, I was told by the person who answered the phone that they are in disbelief that their technician would do such a thing after nearly 2 decades of working with the company, and denied to take my complaint. They also denied me an account summary of what was reported that day by said technician. It's a shame that someone who has worked for the company so long would put their licence and job on the line for a few extra bucks in their pocket!

Very rude people, highly dont reccomend

We've been having issues with our thermostat. Tried to fix it ourselves, of course that did not work. Had a couple of companies come out they couldn't get back to us for over a week. Called Affordable Comfort. They came out the next day. Had a selection of thermostats with them. And installed it right away. Thank you so much Dean and staff.

10/10 would use affordable comfort for all my heating and cooling issues. Very reasonable and great technicians as well. I’ve used them three different times, a few times for heating issues, and once for a hot water tank. Everyone who has come into my home has been extremely respectful and responsive, especially during the pandemic.

We are so very pleased with Affordable Comfort! It’s so rare to find a trustworthy company today. The owner came to our home, gave us an honest/detailed estimate and answered all our questions. His crew was on time, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. They removed our existing furnace and ac, replaced them, and cleaned everything. Highly recommend!

Had to get new a/c unit when we moved into our condo. Current on was very loud, expensive to run, and 20+ years old.
Got 3 different quotes, Affordable Comfort was the best price, waited till summer to put it in, called for installation, they came right out, done. No problem we are very happy we used them

When my AC went out, I received quotes from multiple Heating/Cooling companies. I chose to move forward with Affordable Comfort and it was the correct decision. Affordable Comfort replaced my AC and then found that my Furnace was a carbon monoxide risk as well. Dean, the owner, was able to quickly arrange for the furnace to be replaced at the same time as the AC with no delay. They were attentive, on-time, professional and reasonably priced... a truly professional outfit.

Worry no more! Put Affordable Comfort on your list of reliable service. If you’re like me; you never know who you can trust when seeking service on anything or any part of your home. For a few years we had trouble every Fall with our furnace, same issue, same company would come out and fix it and charge $350-400. My husband finally said lets call someone else. Affordable was recommended, they came out, inspected, the service person recommended replacement (unit was over 20 years old). The owner called (Dean)us and made the recommendations and we had the furnace replaced. They were able to schedule us a day later. That was four years ago, not a problem since.
When our air conditioning went out, (air conditioner was over 20 years old) this last summer (if you recall it was hot June-August) we called Affordable again. The service person came on schedule, inspected and explained what was wrong, we fully expected to have it replaced. We had to wait until the unit was available; fortunately it was only another 24 hours and they were able to install the unit we wanted. Professional, efficient, and affordable.
