Our C/A started making a funny noise and the unit was extremely warm and then the fan stopped and started a few different times.
A tech named Dan was here within a very reasonable amount of time, diagnosed it, cleaned it, ordered the part that went out and was back within 24 hours to install it and get it running for us which was SO APPRECIATED as it is muggy and hot here.
Dan was so nice, professional, prompt and answered all my husband's question. I highly recommend this company and wish there were more techs like Dan

I recently hired Manning Mechanical to install a new hot water tank in my home. The service was outstanding. The technicians were extremely courteous and professional. They went out of their way not to make a mess in my home and cleaned up very well after the job. I also received a follow-up text message the next day from the lead technician to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend Manning Mechanical. They are professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. During consistently hot days, I needed a new air conditioning unit sooner than later. After being connected with Manning Mechanical through DTE, the process was quick and easy. I am very pleased, as the team did an excellent job with the installation of my new air conditioning unit. First things first, Manning Mechanical is a precious jewel in our community. They offer topnotch service, with a skilled and professional staff. What was most impressive, these were young men, that displayed a through knowledge of their craft and were consummate gentlemen. Being both kind and courteous worthy of emulating; don't tell me what are young men can't do just give them a chance. My boiler was replaced in a manner that I still marvel at and I continue to refer to them as a stellar crew. Special shout out to the gentlemen that continue to serve as a tech/support providing service a year after the boiler was replaced, Daveaun Curtis. Got my new furnace and a/c installed 2weeks ago by Darryl and cliff they were very professional and experienced. Darryl showed me and my son how to work our new wifi thermostat which is awesome. He was very knowledgeable about our new system and answered all of or questions. The sales rep Rodney was very professional as well. This company deserves 10+ star's I would recommend them for sure.1

Manning Mechanical provided excellent service. Mr. Manning was very knowledgeable about heating systems. Very professional, patient, answered all of our questions. Reliable, all parts of the estimate and installation process occured on schedule. Our new heating system works perfectly. The company called the day after our system was installed to make sure everything was working properly. We have already told our friends and family about this wonderful company!

I cannot say enough about Manning Mechanical. They are knowledgeable .professional. efficient, courteous, respectful of the premises and the occupants, they are meticulously thorough, and they are PUNCTUAL!! Their team functioned together like a well oiled machine, and they wasted no time on breaks or even idle chatter. My furnace went out on the coldest weekends of 2022! The team at Manning Mechanical came
out on Monday and explained the problem and had to replace my furnace. They started ordering the equipment, as I completed the necessary paperwork and was back the next morning at 9:00
a.m. to start working! The installers were efficient and professional and cleaned everything up when they were done with the work! I highly recommend this company!

These folks are simply the best! I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and decency. Dealing with a boiler can be a challenge, especially with limited options in my area, but these guys really know their stuff. Thanks to their excellent work, my house is now cozier than ever. Can we say HEAVEN SENT!! The team I worked with was awesome! I had been putting band-aids on a bullet womb for approximately 8 years and my furnace finally died... time of death 1:00 p.m. Sunday, 01/22/23. YIKES!!! DTE blessed my household by routing my service call to Manning Mechanical. Kerwin inspected my furnace and immediately determined the cause for its failure. He contacted his manager, Rodney, who came to inspect the furnace as well. My consultation with Rodney determined the best course of action was to replace the furnace. Since my A/C unit began to die this Summer, I elected to replace both. Rodney discussed finance options, provided the application information and I was financed and scheduled for installation by the end of the day. A very smooth process!! My installation team, Julius and Clifford were great to work with. They were punctual and cared about making sure that I was satisfied. Clifford missed his Starbucks run to ensure he was timely, and I could see that I blessed his soul when I offered him coffee! :) Everyone, including the office staff, was extremely polite and patient, welcomed my questions and answered them in great detail. The owner also called to ensure the work met my expectations... much appreciated! I highly recommend Manning Mechanical for professional, fast and quality service! This is a GREAT company to trust with your heating and cooling needs!!

I’ve used the services of Manning Mechanical for years now. Each company representative that comes out to my home embodies the same principles. They are are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy, clean and exhibits high quality work. After recommending their services to my 74 year-old father, he also echoed the same sentiments. This company is top-of-the-line and well worth my hard earned money. One would only make a mistake by looking any further.

After DTE determine that my boiler was unrepairable they referred me to Manning Mechanical. Mr. Carlin was very thorough in explaining the boiler replacement process.This was a very unexpected purchase and I'm so appreciative for the kindness that Manning Mechanical showed in going over and beyond in assisting me with financing. The day of boiler installation everyone arrived on time and each one having their responsibilities they were knowledgeable, professional and respectful. They totally cleaned up behind the installation and explained all the upkeep for me to retain a proficient working boiler for years to come.

Manning Mechanical just recently changed my old furnace to a new one. They also came back and installed my new hot water heater. I am very happy and pleased with both jobs. I was surprised that they were able to do the whole furnace job in one day. I truly support this business. They are very efficient and professional. Great job guys!

Two years ago they came out and replaced my Hot water, steam furnace compared to the one that they remove which was more detained. This one. I wasn’t too happy with all these pipes that looks like a spaceship and some of the pipes were not even straight. Also, they were too close together that we had to put foam in between them to keep them from creating little holes, I wasn’t too satisfied with it but it does the job. I think maybe if they would’ve paid attention how the other one was set up I would’ve been a lot more happier. The pipes come too close to the frame at door to go to another room if I have gone down and seen that I would’ve told him to stop and do it another way. I think I the copper piping was just a little little bit too far fetched but it is what it is. They did a good job of cleaning up and everything and the price was pretty much comparable to others but since they have been coming out, trying to fix my old one and it didn’t work, I decided to go with them….because of the way, the pipes are which I’m not happy with. I’ll give them a Rating of three ..it does keep the house nice and warm though. I guess that’s important. They were supposed to come back and replace the thermostat with a programmable one, but they never came back so much for that.

We received a full installation with a new boiler system, and updating all our radiators in in our home. It took them about a good two weeks to complete the job but during the process the whole team was very respectful, timely, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate all the young men who helped with the installation in our home, the outcome was beautiful and me and my family are now enjoying our new system, thank you guys so much for all your hard work. I truly would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a boiler issue for years and had at least 3 companies come in to fix the issue. I contacted Manning Mechanical and they have been a godsend. Carlin was respectful and asked questions that no one ever inquired about and checked the radiators from top to bottom. New boiler was eventually installed but the care and clean up from this company is top notch. I will definitely recommend them to any and everyone. I would also like to mention the young men that were such a help during the process. Daveuan, Rodney, Darion and I think Kerwin were instrumental in the installation, answering questions, clean up etc. They are great representatives of this company.

This is my second review on this company and I have to say that I am very impressed with their service. The supervisor tech Jamaal was superb. When the other techs were busy on other jobs, he assured me he would get the job done himself so that I wouldn't have to take off any more work. He made sure my AC was up and running with no delays, even if it was well after their quitting time. I truly appreciate that. He is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in terms I can understand them. Thank you soooooo much! I will be calling again if I need assistance in the future.

For so many years I have recommended Manning Mechanical to my friends based on the fact that I have known Carlin Manning for some years now, and his level of professionalism and knowledge was a no brainer when someone asked me for a reference. My friends began referring him to others and I would get these calls, if he just happened by someone I knew, and they would say "guess who's at my house and doing a fine job?"

I can't say enough about the staff at Manning Mechanical, they got the job done and they got the job done right!! I needed my steam boiler replaced AND a new hot water heater. The job ended up being bigger than anticipated but that didn't deter them. Always respectful and polite from start to finish. Would definitely call them again if I ever need heating and cooling service.

Had a lovely experience with Carlin. He was courteous, kind and honest. He even carried in an amazon delivery from my front porch! Although the scope of my project was too extensive with my distance from their service area, he offered to look over a quote from another company and gave me an honest assessment. This was above and beyond! Really would have loved to be able to give this company my business, because they rocked!
