Unprofessional service from Michelle secretary to owner Nancy. Extremely overpriced and big rip off!! This is a family owned scam beware!!! Wait till warranty repairs come in as they over charge!! If possible DO NOT USE UNITED for your heating and cooling issues.

Todd came out to service my hot water boiler. He was very professional. I thought I was going to get quoted this ridiculous rate. I have to say I was surprised. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely be using this company for all my service needs in the future and referring my family and friends.

I was never told that my furnace was still under factory warranty for parts even though they installed it. However, they quickly told me how much it would cost to come out to check furnace. I believe that they would have charge me for parts AND labor had they repaired the furnace. Furthermore, the company I hired said the problem with my furnace was a common defective part in which Carrier offered classes to authorized dealers so to diagnose and replace the part. Yet, United Heating & Cooling acted as if they had no clue of the issue I described. Of all things, "The Office Manager" more like the clerk, told me she knew what the problem was-as if she is a technician or has the ability to perform a diagnostic over the phone! Of course, she was wrong in saying it was the PVC piping for the intake and exhaust being disrupted by the snow.

Stay away from these clowns who can't be trusted.

I quoted several contractors for a furnace. United was twice the price of all of them for the same model furnace. They were late and sloppy when they came out.

They recommended replacing other things around the house that all other contractors looked at and said the condition was fine.

I have a very old furnace that I needed a part for, thecpartcwas out dated, they made the part for me, I was so impressed that I told alot of my friends about J & J Heating and Cooling. I had my new furnace installed on January 22, 2029. I watched them remove my 70 year old furnace and replace it with the new one. They did a great job and everything is working. I highly recommend them.

Called flame they schedule appointment right away I didn’t have to Fight with them to get someone out....

United heating is a very consistent company. They did their job and more in my new home. I read the negative feedback online. But don’t let those comments frighten you though. As living proof, they are an awesome company

I had excellent service last week when my furnace module went out. United scheduled a service call ASAP, diagnosed and ordered the correct item. I installed the module and when I had questions United was on the phone to help me through until the end.
