This company is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.

I had an air conditioning system installed and one month after the labor warranty expired, they said I needed a new motor. I would be responsible for the $1000+ labor. This was two months after they installed a water heater that we have had nothing but problems with and that United has been reluctant to make timely service calls to fix. They can't seem to get it right after three long wait time visits.

Regarding the air conditioning, it sounded fishy so I contacted another contractor who came out (quickly, unlike United) and said the motor was fine and did not need replacement. The system had to be reset and it worked just fine. Why couldn't United diagnose this?

Never again. The United staff and technicians are out for themselves and liars.

I have had great experiences with United Heating and Cooling. The service has been prompt and professional, the pricing competitive, the quality of the work excellent and they recommend what I need rather than what might be more profitable for them. Today for example, they walked me through a number of items to check before setting up a service call so I could avoid an unnecessary expense. I recommend them highly.

Was told by DTE Contractor that I needed a Furnace. Aaron's was honest enough to tell me the TRUTH. I'm sooo grateful because I'd been sweating for AC all season.

The technician Harold was very knowledgeable and friendly he came in dissected the system to locate the issue and was able to repair the system and check for any leaks to get my home heated for me and my kids right here At Christmas I highly recommend Arrow Therm for all heating and cooling needs

An excellent job was done. While working, he explained what he was doing and why. All my questions were answered and he made some recommendations for keeping the equipment working well.

Our AC went out and I called first thing in the morning to see if someone would be able to come out. They had a packed day but the owner himself made it out only a few hours later and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Ill 100% be going back to this company for further HVAC needs!

Came out quickly. Installer ran into an issue and worked around it to complete the job. Took him longer but he made it happen. Professional in every way. Will recommend to everyone!

12.27.21 The furnace went out and I called arrow-therm. They came out in 45 minutes! This was a TOTAL blessing as it is FREEZING in this house during the winter. I'm pretty sure this was God's mercy on my soul - it doesn't seem normal or simple luck that you call and get someone to come out in 45 minutes.
I went to the bank to get cash and he was here before I had made it back, lol. God is good, Happy New Year & many blessings to you and your family, sir!
