My basement was flooded for almost a week and my hot water heater and furnace stopped working. I called Arrow therm and Heating and that very same day, only hours after calling, Harold was at my home at the time I was given. Harold is professional and solved my problem and because of that I would definitely recommend them. If I need any repairs in the future, they will definitely be my go to. I highly recommend them!

Called close to end of day not expecting to get service right away. Very satisfied, the service guy showed up in 30 mins took his time and fixed the issue and cleaned the unit. Definitely will use again.

Mr. Kirkland was my angel today! Mr. Kirkland eased my fears about my furnace and told me to turn the furnace off. Even though the weather was treacherous Mr. Kirkland still sent his qualified servicemen to my home prepared to get the job done.

Contacted Arrow when I noticed heat had stopped working overnight. Arrived on time replaced fan, cleaned dust out of and around furnace he also replaced my old filter. Same day service, professional, informative and very knowledgeable will most definitely use again.

Our heater decided to go out the day after Christmas 🤦🏽‍♀️ We thought everyone was closed due to the holiday. We used our trusty Google to search for someone and was delighted that we found Arrow-Therm Heating and Cooling. They are professional and timely. They inform you on the problem and advise you on what you should do to prevent further problems. I highly recommend them. Harold was amazing! This is the only company I will recommend for heating and cooling.

Call this company but I had to go to work so my wife was at home to meet them I was scared leaving My wife Home to deal with a heating and cooling company but they were open and honest and never tried to sell her nothing she didn’t need and gave us a great price on all our equipment I recommend these people to everyone great service

The best quality, the best customer service, the best professionals, and the best quality. We read reviews before we hired Arrow-Therm. Everything we read was extremely positive so we decided to give Arrow-Therm the call. From day one Mr. Kirk was very professional and he made sure we knew his company would take care of our service. Arrow-Therm installed a new boiler for us in a 50 plus year old home. Mr.Kirk, gave us a quote and everything on the invoice and other small repairs were fixed. Mr. Kirk is a man of his word. We managed this install from another state and Mr. Kirk made this install a seamless transaction. From the video updates on the install to pictures on the job site to the PROFESSIONALISM he portrayed to our Tennant. Arrow-Therm will forever be our Boiler/HVAC Professionals. Mr. Kirk continue to do business the right way.

My heat went out during the night. I called in the morning to see if I could get someone to come out and fix my boiler. He came out an hour earlier than scheduled and was very professional. He explained what was wrong and why my heat cut off. Price was affordable for what he did. I would recommend them. A job well done.

I was nervous about the bill as I didn't know what was wrong with my furnace. Mr. Harold Kirkland was the technician he was very professional and thorough. Lucky for me He took his time and found what could've been a costly problem. A problem that was not easily found and did not cost me an arm and leg. I will use this company from now on .I'm more than satisfied with the caring treatment I received today.

Rude. I would never work with this company again. I received a Zelle request for a service call the previous night at 8:15 pm and this guy called yelling at me the very first thing next morning threading to send me to collections. And when I asked him during the call the next morning to explain to me an estimate of $3,540.50! He said first pay and then we talk yelling and threading. Absurd.

The men that care out were very thorough and professional. What I especially loved is that they didn’t try to cheat me out any money like a previous company that I called did. They even showed me the problem, explained everything to me, and taught me tips and tricks to prevent it from happening again. It’s so nice to have black men that are doing great work that are legit and give great customer service.
