I can and do trust him and his crew to inspect and service my furnace and A/C and make repairs as needed, even late on a cold night, which is the only time a furnace ever stops working. Fair prices, reliable, and trustworthy, what every service professional should be.

After going without air conditioning for awhile, we are having a great night sleep. These guys were very friendly, professional, on time. Twice they blew off doing service calls @ 2 locations and then called our client directly to tell them their only technician quit. Soooo unprofessional.

Leaf Commercial Heating & Cooling has an extremely helpful and polite team. Just prior to their visit, I had consistently had a problem with my furnace for more than a year. I tried to look for help from different companies but all of them could not figure out the issue with our furnace until I got to a point where I thought the issue could be sorted out so I was planning for a new furnace. I called Leaf Commercial Heating & Cooling for a quote for a new furnace but they came out for survey before they could give their quote and in the process of surveying, Monroe found the problem with my old furnace which he said could be repaired as the furnace was still strong and up to date. He worked on it right away and it was functioning well. I couldn't be happier because he saved me from the cost of installing a new furnace. I really appreciate and recommend this company and will do business with them.

Last month, my heat stopped working. They came out instantly and fixed the issue. Their price was competitive and had very good warranty coverage. It has been 3 weeks now and so far so good! We will call in the near future for furnace & AC quote.

We have used Bill numerous times and he never tried to upsell us. We never had any issues with his products or craftsmanship.

This guy (Bill) is the most unreliable person you will ever meet. He is either very late (if he shows up at all) or calls and asks to reschedule to a different day. He definitely does not know anything about time management. I'd try anyone else before I call this place again.

The search for a reputable heating and colling company can be very tiresome...
I usually go by the reviews alone, because it's the best way... On Bow Heating i could only find ONE review and it was very negative and explained that these people are always giving excuses of why they are late or didn't show up, but it was only one review, so i scheduled an appointment anyways... Of course the day of the appointment tbey were calling me with excuses of why they are not gonna be on time for the appointment... So i said nevermind and i will find another company, and the rude lady hung up on me and called me back 30 minutes later to start trouble... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Call Great Dane Heating, they have 180 reviews and every review is 4 or 5 stars and very positive... A bit pricey, but they are very reliable, and sometimes that is worth the extra cost.

Do not use this guy or his company. We had major issues and problems with him at one of my houses. It took several months to reach him and get him to return to the jobsite. His office lady commits to thing, but he will not honor what the office quotes. His office charged me for parts and repairs for a used furnace, then he took the furnace that I paid for and removed it from the house. He changes office emails frequently and he changes his office staff frequently. I believe this is attempt to prevent previous customers from contacting him.

As long as you are writing checks to him all goes well. If there is an issue or you need him to come back for warranty work then the problems start.

He is very rude to his customers after he has your money. From other posts on there it appears that this is a consistent behavior pattern. You are much better off getting a local reputable company that will stand by their warranty. Let me repeat, as long as you are writing checks to this guy things might go fine. However, once he has your money you probably will not hear from him again. I will be reporting his actions to the Better Business Bureau.

The plumber he was using also was in prison for a significant amount of time and is not a licensed plumber.

Detroit Heating & Air Conditioning delivered excellent service. The technician was kind, professional, and quick. Our AC is running better than ever. I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Great local company to trust.
