Extremely rude and unprofessional. Fred is a petulant child who loves to talk down to his customers. He doesn't care if you're missing work he shows up whenever he feels like it instead of showing up at the scheduled time. And then all he says is "Sorry there's nothing I can do".

Furnace install

They were called to address a line block and was greeted with profanity upon opening the door and they did not have the tools to get the job done. After waiting for 30 minutes, they asked if they can enter my house and try snaking it through my kitchen. They took my kitchen sink apart and when the water started leaking they used my flower vase to catch the excess water overflowing out of their bucket. They finished then told me my sink was incorrectly piped and I am the reason the entire building is backed up. Doesn't make sense to me the 6 unit building was built in the 70s and we only had 3 blockages in the last 5 years. Tried to explain this doesn't make sense especially given the block is way down the line outside of my house but they said they were going to tell my HOA that I have incorrect plumbing and would make the recommendation to tear out the kitchen and redo the entire thing. What started out as a simple clog that typically gets addressed by a normal plumber in 15 minutes turned into a nightmare and a predatory cash grab scheme by Barton. Had to spend the rest of the day cleaning the kitchen from their muddy boots. And my sink is still gargling from the block they didn't fully unclog. Would not recommend and would be weary of anyone who doesn't understand plumbing to use them, they will try to fool you with fancy verbiage to scam you. Would give them negative stars if I could.

Unfortunately we hired Fred Barton plumbing per request from my condo association instead of using my trusted company. They were rude unprofessional and did not complete the job in a timely manner. They did not have the "proper tools". The next day the said the job was complete. We arrived at our property to turn on water that had very very low water pressure. After requesting them to return, they arrived frustrated and blaming our pipes. It took 30 minutes to actually complete the job properly and then I was charged 400$ extra on my bill for that days work. I have now spent 3 weeks trying to contact anybody who can explain this absolutely outrageous bill we received..... definitely think twice before hiring this company!

Didn’t get service from them, the guy who answered the phone total jerk. Very rude and very unprofessional. first told me it would be a hundred dollars to fix a clogged drain then I told him where I’m from and apparently he doesn’t like the area so he very rudely said “forget it bye” doesn’t even deserve that one star. If I could put a negative star on here I would.

I had to call them out because the person my landlord keep sending was clearly scamming me. This company got the job done and was honest with me about the future work that needed to be done by the landlord. They came within a few hours of me calling them on a Saturday. If definitely recommend them.

Ordering was easy, even with a tax-exempt account to set up. Water heater arrived within 5 days. Will definitely order again.

This is about the 4th or 5 time I have bought from this company. The purchase is seamless every time. I have a salesman I contact directly; he gets me the best pricing asap. After it's ordered I get updates on when it will ship, the day it ships and after I receive it. Will continue to do business!!

Great customer service. Wholesale Water Heater was very responsive when I advised them only 2 out of 3 packages arrived. They immediately contacted the shipper (UPS), who in-turn acted promptly in scheduling delivery of 3rd package. Water heater and service parts were as advertised. I would recommend Wholesale Water Heater to a friend or family.

Noah was incredibly helpful and responsive. Plus he followed up when I didn't get back to him and it was not unwelcome. Here got Here as planned and fingers are crossed that it fits. If we had bought the one that the engineers specced it would not have.

Great company will be buying for all my hotels going forward. They delivered extremely quickly and Noah helped me every step of the way insuring delivery and making sure it was expedited as I was in a desperate situation at one of my locations. He was great! Pricing was great!

Water heater is in great condition and reasonable delivery
The only down side is UPS delivered it and left it in the yard in the rain…. If you can do your job right don’t deliver…..
