Very very pleased with these people! I’ve been in business 21 years and wholesale water heater shocked me at their customer service! I ordered 2 rheem 100 gal commercial water heaters at 1/2 the cost of my supply house, which tells me Wholesale water heaters are very honest people and not looking to gouge a dairy farmer👍 Or any other business owner! Also one unit was damaged in shipping, which is not wholesale water heaters fault and the literally had the issue resolved in under 5 min with no arguments gave me a discounted rate of 500 dollars and free shipping on my next purchase because I need 1 more unit yet that I have to order! They also offered to take the unit back and send me a brand new one free of charge! I took the first option. I’m telling you it is hard now days to find a company this great to deal with! Don’t hesitate call these awesome people today and they will stand behind their products! Great job to Sage, the lady who answered my call! What a great person! Keep up the great work!💪

I purchased my tankless water heater from Wholesale water heater. Very competitive pricing. It came very fast across country in 4 days. My water heats up very fast compared to my older 10 year old water heater. The company answered all my questions. I am very glad I ordered my heater from them.. they are a great company.

Truly spectacular customer service. Along with great product availability, fast shipping, good prices, and smooth problem resolution. Noah and Emmanuel really were helpful, informative, and made a complex system purchase possible without any mistakes on my part. They also advised my plumber real time, who was not familiar with this model. A shipping damage issue was instantly resolved on the phone. I could always get a person on the phone or on live chat. 6 stars if I could give that many.

Phenomenal experience. The customer service was really impressive and it looks like we got a water heater delivered directly from the factory. When we ordered the water heater it turns out we ordered the wrong one for our region, Chris, their customer service person, gave us a call to let us know that this wasn't the right one for Texas and we needed another more expensive one. That's fine, just a few hundred bucks no problem.

Here's where he really shined. There was a small delay with our delivery and Chris informed us of the delay, reason for delay, and next steps for us to contact the delivery people to get this scheduled in moving. He was really high touch when it came to communication and ensuring the water heater got to us in a timely matter. All in all it was maybe 2 days late but I really appreciate the communication from Chris. He even made sure we had all the main parts needed for install and everything went well on the back end. Would definitely recommend buying from here again.

Ordered an 85 gallon Rheem Commercial Water Heater. I communicated with Wholesale Water Heaters to inquire on the fulfillment and delivery since Drop Shipping was used to procure the water heater. The water heater was expected to be delivered in 5 days and it was.

Price: competitive with the big box stores who would probably use drop shipping too.

Communication: top notch. They replied prior to my order and after. There were also good updates on the shipping and delivery.

We have ordered several large gas heaters from them. Every time the process is smooth. The guys answering the phone are very helpful and easy to get ahold of from purchasing, to tracking and even after we received it. You call they answer. They are also very knowledgeable about the equipment they are selling. Also they deal with local vendors do you don't have to wait 2 weeks to get your order from Detroit. We are located in South Florida and received the 100 gallon 800pound gas heater the day after next with free shipping. We will definitely use them again!
