I can't thank them enough. I need a controller right away. I called the company and told them we needed the part right away. He said no problem I will over night it and run the part over to UPS. This is great customer service.

I initially gave WWH a 2 star rating because they used UPS for shipping and UPS completely dropped the ball by failing to deliver the water heater and then sending it back to the shipper. When I contacted Eamnuel at WWH he immediately took care of it and overnighted another unit. I give WWH 5 stars for price and customer service.

I ordered Rheem isolation valves and the ones that came are different from the pictures. I haven't installed them yet but I assume they will work with the ones I am replacing. The parts game very quickly and the ordering was easy. If the pictures were the same as the product I would have given 5 stars!!

Now that the new valves have been replaced they fit like a glove.

Service from company was great. Noah was extremely helpful. The delivery was less than stellar. We should have been informed of the size of the unit so we could prepare/coordinate with contractor or direct delivery person to tbe liading dock. Delivery driver left it in front of building on sidewalk as the unit was too big to get through the front door. I had to pay someone else to bring it inside of my business.

New Rheem 6.5kw tankless water heater was a cheaper than amazon with free shipping. Order arrived in 2 days, well packaged. I am installing now, so this is not a performance review, but I have 4 other Rheem tankless, so I expect no problems.

We had a bit of an emergency with our commercial water heater suddenly going down. Local/regional suppliers wanted twice as much as what I found at Wholesale Water Heater. Although the delivery took longer than expected, I was very pleased with everything else. I hope I don’t have to do business with them again for a long time, but I would not hesitate to do so when the time comes! Two thumbs up!
