Hello everyone I am a woman of color. I went in as a secret shopper and I ask for an application. First the woman I spoke with looked at me as if she wanted to ask what are you doing here. Then, she ask me what city I live in I told her Warren she said Okay. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed so I declined filling out the application.

I recently had a carpet cleaning performed by Shaun M. from McCoy. I am very pleased with the service that was provided by this company. They are very professional and friendly, and also have the best prices around. My carpets are noticeably cleaner and I feel they are fresh and clean just in time for spring. The technician (Shaun M.) was very kind and professional, he did a thorough yet highly efficient job. It did not take long for him to complete the job, but again did very good work. Overall, I am highly satisfied by the great work McCoy has provided and will continue to use their cleaning services in the future!

My employer (Induction Services, Inc., Warren, MI) has been using McCoy Maintenance for the cleaning services since April 2012. They are contracted to clean the offices, plant bathrooms and breakroom. The staff is friendly and each individual we have worked with has been very proactive on ensuring that we our happy and that our needs our met. If there is any kind of issue, the staff is also proactive on getting it resolved. I have had other companies wanting to quote us for business and I turn them away. I usually tell them "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

We just had our floors and carpets done over the holiday break. McCoy did a great job. They got stains out of our carpets and the floors and carpets look and smell clean. The guys even cleaned the corners of the floors. We will definitely use McCoy’s again for our clinic cleaning.

All I got to say is wow.. They went out of there way to make my home so clean. I would definitely recommen them for sure. Great job you guys.

The guys from Pointe Cleaning did a fabulous job at our house. Our windows look great and helped clear windows that were clogged and did not drain to the exterior. The only downside to using them is their schedule. They are booked months out, but based on the quality of the work, I can see why.

They did an AMAZING job on my house. Cleaned my awnings, windows and gutters. It made the house look brand new. The young gentleman was courteous, professional and very detailed with the cleaning. I was in AW when I saw the finished results. I was so impressed that I told my friends and family immediately after. I will definitely be using them again in the spring time and every year. I recommend you look no further for this kind of service because this company is top notch. They’ve done approx 4-5 houses on my block. Very popular and lots of satisfied customers.

As always, the guys showed up as promised and did an awesome job. This company makes it so easy, in November I always get the windows cleaned, gutters cleaned and Christmas lights put up. With the early fall freeze they weren't able to do the gutters in November but as soon as things warmed up they were able to get the job done. Highly recommend.

Pointe Cleaning did a marvelous job cleaning our windows! The staff were very professional and very knowledgeable. They got to work and didn't take any breaks, just got the job done well. I will be rebooking for next year and will recommend them to my friends. Excellent service!

I was skeptical when the wait for service was months… “there is no way this is worth waiting this long for”…

Wow was I wrong. It’s almost like I never knew how nice the views were to the backyard, my windows were so dirty. The team led by Josh and was very professional and courteous, and did an extremely thorough job- and I have a 3 story Tudor in GP.

Worth the wait, and worth the price. They even accommodated my work schedule this morning when I was running late to get home.
