We had the crew come out to clean our new home before we moved our stuff in. Suzann, Jason and Mara did an excellent job with the project! It was in pretty rough condition when they arrived and when we came back a few hours later, it was like seeing our home with fresh eyes!! It really alleviated a lot of stress that comes with moving into a new place. Most of my communications were with Jason, who was always super responsive, professional and informative about what to expect.

I had a crew of three and they did a very nice job cleaning the house including tile, ovens, basement, etc. I.am satisfied with their work and they were very pleasant. I deducted a star because about 2.5 hours in, we had to re- negotiate the price and the amount of specific work with Jason because the job was taking longer than expected. However, Jason was as flexible as possible. I would recommend them.

We've had Jason and company for about 3 years now come and clean for us-- and they are great! The team is always reliable, honest, hard working and flexible. Whenever I need something out of the ordinary cleaned, they do so without any problem and as with all of their work, it is properly done. I love my house after they finish. I would highly recommend "A Clean House by Suzann"!!

Disappointed with my service today. I have used this company before and in the past have had better results. I'm sure the team would have fixed these problems if I had asked during a final walkthrough but unfortunately I was not home for the cleaning. For the exceptionally high price tag that comes with this service, I would expect that key areas like toilet, cabinets, and coffee table would have been covered to satisfaction without needing to be pointed out.

Great communication and service right from the start. The owner, Jason, found a way to fit in a (move-in) deep clean on my house with only one week notice - just days before Christmas. The team was prompt, polite and did an excellent job. They managed to finish the entire house in less than 4 hours, before the movers arrived. I would highly recommend this company.

A Clean House By Suzann did an amazing job getting my listing ready for sale. Excellent communication throughout the whole process and making sure my seller was happy at the end. Great attention to detail, would certainly use them again!

These guys did an amazing job with my move-in cleaning. I wasn't able to be there for the cleaning, but when I came home after they had finished, the place was absolutely spotless! After closing on my house, it sat for several weeks and was accruing dust on the floors and all of the surfaces, so I requested a full-house cleaning before I moved all of my stuff in. The team came in and had the entire place looking amazing in just a few hours! I ended up hiring them for bi-weekly cleanings after they did such an amazing job with the initial visit. They were very accommodating on the phone and were easy to schedule appointments with. Great people all-around, and I was told that while they were cleaning, they were laughing and having a good time together. Those are the kind of people that I want cleaning my house and it's so nice see that they have a great group of people that work well together. Thank you so much for helping me move in guys!

My mother gifted me some cleaning services to help with my mental health and this company does a fantastic job. Jason coordinated and was responsive, polite, and happy to help. I watched the cleaners arrive and leave on my Ring doorbell and they were on time and locked up just like I wanted them to. The texting service is also a nice touch to know when they will be there. My home smelled amazing when I walked in and it was like a dream, I instantly teared up with happiness. The floors were spotless, the shower was sparkling, carpets soft and vacuumed, I kept walking around to see what else looked amazing, like the oven and microwave. I left them a note stating that my cat (4 years old) was friendly and to thank them, and they wrote a sweet note back, even hoping to pet him again, it made me smile so big. Just know you made a big difference for someone in a couple hours. We schedule now every two weeks because we are so happy with the cleaning team and the results! It has made a huge difference in my life, thank you.

Did a great job on our new rental!

I’ve used this business on a recurring basis for several months now, and have always had a great experience. The workers seem to take pride in their work, are very respectful, and are professional at all times. I leave a list of all what I’d like done on my kitchen counter, and they systematically go through everything as requested. Tiphany and Melissa have been coming to my home, and they do a wonderful job. I’d recommend this company to anyone - and I have already! :)

We had Clean House do a deep clean and they were very thorough. They allowed us to decide what we wanted done and what we didn’t want done to accommodate our budget. We had a walk thru and discussion before and after. They were very friendly and communicated extremely well. We were very happy with the job they did.
They cleaned my parents house for years and came highly recommended.

This company literally was like a fairy godmother to me today!! I decided to help my best friend prep and clean her home so that it was presentable for listing photos to be taken the following day, and for her to host an open house that upcoming weekend. When I arrived, I realized the job was extensively too big for the two of us to tackle by ourselves, especially with her needing it to be completed within under 24 hours.

I called this incredible company, A Clean House by Suzann LLC, and they SAVED THE DAY!! Jason, the co-owner and who I initially spoke with, worked his fairy godfather magic to be able to get a crew out the same day AND within the next couple hours! I nearly cried tears of joy after being so anxious about not being able to finish on our own in time.

Jason even then went out of his way to stop by personally to do an assessment of the home and see if he could help us and his crew in any way - it was literally such an exceedingly kind gesture. He was extremely knowledgeable and even pointed out things that I would have NEVER thought to look for when doing a cleaning to prime a home for listing pictures to be taken! I truly would’ve been lost without him being able to work magic for us today.

The team assigned to us were Nina and Ren! They were both such lovely and understanding humans of our situation, and were so professional and did an AMAZING job! Not only that, but after an hour or so, they were able to get ANOTHER coworker, Kaitlyn, to come out and help them as they saw the job was going to take longer than originally estimated, and wanted to be able to get it done in the original time frame they quoted! Kaitlyn was also incredible and did such a wonderful job!

The job turned out SPECTACULAR and the price was very fair - especially for such a last-minute same-day clean!! In the 8 years my best friend has owned her home, I had NEVER seen it look so clean! They removed stains that I didn’t even think were possible to remove - I was truly floored! I was so worried of it getting messed up before the listing pictures were taken, I even suggested the kids have a “camping night” in the backyard! Sadly, that suggestion did not prevail LOL!

I truly can’t say enough good things about this company! Between their efficiency, kindness, and overall willingness to go ABOVE & BEYOND for their customers, I 100% would use them again and refer them to everyone I know! Thank you again to Jason, Nina, Ren, and Kaitlyn who helped us out today, because you all were truly lifesavers!

I had a small room that was left a mess from the previous person who used it. It was a small job but would take a person a couple of hours to finish. They worked with me and brought one person to finish and finished the job within a couple of hours. The room is now in a much better shape than before. They even wiped some of the stains off the wall. Very professional people.

Our 96-year-old house was in desperate need of a deep cleaning, and quickly. I was concerned about the amount of time it would take, but I was assured they could handle it. And handle it they did! The job was more labor-intensive than anyone realized, but this company is staffed deeply enough that they were able to put extra cleaners on the job. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. It was obvious that everyone cared about the work they did. At the end of the day, my house sparkled. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent work. The home was cleaned well. The workers were very nice and professional. They took great care of the property, in their limited capacity. The only problem I had was with the pricing and the expectations set. It was explained that they would start with a quick estimation or time and cost... they did so and gave me 2 options: 2 hours and 2.5 hours. It was an $80 difference in price, between the 2 options. I asked them to stick to the 2 hours, and just do what they can during that time (I was working with a very tight budget). I was told that they would try to do so... and still spent the 2.5 hours in the house, and charged me accordingly. I felt like that was a little misleading and super expensive ($450). I would defiantly hire the cleaners again, if I could get a commitment from them in writing, to stick to the timeline that we agreed upon, although, in a perfect world... I would prefer to pay less than $180 per hour.

Nina and Julia were a great team. Friendly, efficient and focused……they took care of my requests in order of how I prioritized. My house feels deep cleaned! Refreshing !

For the past year and a half I have had my house cleaned every other week and boy do I look forward to it. They do a great job and leave the place looking great. I have three kids and know the place gets sticky and dirty fast. They take their time and even put all the stuffed animals on my daughtets bed in a fun way... the cleaning ladies are now known as the cleaning fairies to her. Highly recommend this company. They have worked with me on switching days when kids get sick and has always answered my questions really quickly.
