I found the company via Thumbtack and after talking with a couple various companies, I went with them based on the complete information provided by Jason during the call. I especially liked the transparency in pricing. The ladies that came to clean were very nice and listened to areas of concern. I was satisfied with the quality and plan to hire again.

I cannot say enough about the job done by this company for my family. The job was completely done in a professional and timely manner. I would and will recommend this company for anyone needing cleaning services.

My home was spic and span after service. This was the best cleaning service I’ve worked with…and I’ve worked with several in the Metro Detroit/Roseville area. I like them so much, I’m booking them for regular service to my home!

I have worked with Jason for nearly 1.5 years and it has taken me too long to do a review. They have been both phenomenal and reliable in the quality of service they provide to my AirBnB. I have never had a single complaint about cleanliness when using their services. And for people looking for flexibility, as required with short-term rentals, they can get you scheduled a week out. I also had additional instructions to restock items for my guests and they could accommodate that, no problem. My initial selling point was the ability to do laundry, beware that a lot of other cleaners do not offer that, even when paying extra. If you think taking a shortcut with another cleaner is going to be a benefit to your rental business or even your own home, it will show. The pricing is fair for the level of service you receive. Move out cleaning at my house was easy to schedule, completed on time, and very thorough. No surprises and my house was ready to show to potential buyers as soon as the cleaners left. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Sierra, Melissa and Janet did a great job today, very thorough and helpful. This company has been cleaning my parents' house for many years, and I have spoken with Jason, the owner, before about various requests. He and Suzann are responsive, professional and trustworthy. So nice to have an independently run company rather than a corporation.

This clean was purchased by me for my sister-in-law. The communication between Jason and I was very good. The cleaners were on time. Very helpful working around my brother, who is sick and couldn't go out while they cleaned. They did a very good job, my sister-in-law was real happy.

I would NOT recommend this cleaning company and just this morning I was thinking that I wouldn’t want my name “Suzanne” attached to the unfortunate job they did. There ended up being two different crews that came in and there doesn’t seem to have been much communication between them about what was done. I continue to find areas that were neglected.
I asked for a “deep clean” because that is what was needed. I paid for a deep clean and got an unfinished job.

I have had several cleaners over the years, and this company has come through with doing a thorough job on their cleaning. They pay attention to details. When the cleaners started the job they didn’t lag in their work. After they were finish they did a walk through with me to see if I was satisfied. I can tell you they’re the best cleaning service I’ve had by far. I will recommend their services to anyone that’s looking to get a quality job.

I required a deep clean after move out/construction. The organization by Jason was incredible. He was calm, cool and professional while I was scattered. Communication was easy and quick responses. A few things got missed during cleaning since it was a big job. They showed up the next morning to make everything right. I would use this company again and highly recommend.

Deep clean was good and signed up for recurring service. While the cleaners are friendly, the service is not to my standards. I was expecting to have knickknacks, trash cans, dog bowls, etc put back, but they’re left haphazard wherever they’re scooted to when cleaning. I was also expecting the whole floor to be cleaned, but they don’t clean under tables or chairs or nightstands or in corners or clean baseboards etc. After two recurring cleanings, a lamp stand was knocked over, wax melts were spilled, a glass knickknack was broken, footprints were left on the floors. When calling to cancel the service, the manager debated the validity of my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic service. We always look forward to our monthly cleaning and they always did an incredible job. It was easier to communicate with them then most of my friends and family. Very flexible on adjusting our cleaning schedule if something with us would come up. I would be able to shoot a text message to Jason and he would respond to me almost every time within a few seconds. Great service and definitely recommend.

Had them do a “deep” clean of my house a few days ago, (mind you I’m 9 months pregnant & hired cleaners for baby’s arrival) unfortunately I was not pleased or impressed. Before booking I was told that a walk through would take place, and a estimate would be established and we could agree or not agree. I chose to agree to a hour and 45 minute clean, there were 3 people cleaning. We agreed on a set price and they began. However, about 40 minutes into the clean, I see a car pull up at my home. Jason and Suzann the owners pull up without a call or notice. Why??? I’m still not sure. Apparently he was checking on his employees, saying that he expected this to be a 2-3 hour clean. Anyways he walks through my house with my husband, and then tries to proceed to upsell us on a longer and more expensive clean. The conversation was very unnecessary, uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was no reason for him to show up at my home unannounced. Anyway we come to a final decision, they finish the clean and I do a walk through. There are various areas that were not touched or executed well. This was no deep clean, this was a joke. Will never use this company again.

I hired A Clean House by Suzanne to do a deep clean on my house. The scheduling was hassle free and easy. Everything was explained in great detail.
The two employees arrived on time and were so nice. They did a walk through with me and asked what my concerns were and what I wanted special attention given to.
They were very professional while they cleaned my house. They finished ahead of schedule and showed me everything they did. They went above and beyond. I will now be using them on a regular schedule to clean. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Very happy to have found this cleaning service 3 years and 2 houses ago. Jason is so kind and has been flexible with changing schedules and accommodations. The crew Shelly, Sarah, and Wren have been reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and they do an excellent job. My dog loves them, too!
