I love this place. Flowers are always nice & service is good. The outside landscaping is very attractive. Prices are reasonable, much better selection than other places.

Yes, they have a huge selection of nice products. Yes, it's outrageously expensive. Whoever the guy in charge is, he was very defensive and blaming when I tried to tell him my produce wasn't good. Of course, keep blaming me, it's my fault. Drew's just lost a customer.

Drew's garden may be the best gardening shop in the area. I drive 15 minutes from my home in Saint Clair. Shores to get to this place as it has the largest selection and most helpful employees. I have I have stocked my vegetable garden and flour gardens from this place. For the last 5 years, they have a large selection of high quality plants and they're always willing to help you find anything you need. They have a large selection of seeds and especially different varieties of sunflowers

A local gem, this nursery is very deceptive from the street, it's HUGE. They have a beautiful selection of flowers and plants.

This is the best greenhouse in the metro detroit area. LARGE selection of flowers, very cute garden decor for sale on the inside, but the part that stands out the most is customer service. Several employees were willing to help me and the cashier even informed me that I would be spending more to get less flowers, so she had me go back and get more so I would get a cheaper price. Customer service like that isn’t always present anymore and I really appreciated her honesty and assistance.

I usually have a decent experience at Drew’s Garden but this week was very disappointing. I bought several plants and a pot on Monday, totaling around $150, with the intention of planting a couple days later. Unfortunately there was a sudden death in my family so I was not able to plant my flowers on my planned day. So today (Friday) I notice that one of the 3 pots of zinnias I bought was dry and withered. The rest of my plants were still looking healthy. I call Drew’s garden to ask about a refund or replacement even and explain the whole situation. The person said they are usually final sale but to come by so he could see what he could do.

I drive there later in the day and I guess another person comes to look at my plant. He says he wouldn’t sell a plant like that. Well yeah I wouldn’t buy a plant like that but clearly something was wrong with it. I showed him a pic of the other two healthy plants alongside the dry one so clearly nothing I did was the factor. He said he couldn’t do a refund or replacement but could give me a discount on another plant. He acted as if I was trying to scam them… for a small pot of $12 flowers. For me it is the principle of the whole matter. I was sold a sick plant and they did not make it right. I declined and left.

Why would I buy another plant when I was sold a plant that shriveled up within days of purchase due to no fault of own? Why have me drive up to only try to get me to pay for another plant rather than correct the problem? Now I’m out not only the cost of the plant but also gas to drive there. And they are out a repeat customer for the price of a pot of zinnias. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will not be coming back to Drew’s Garden. It would have even been better if they had not suggested they could do something and have me drive over there. There are plenty of other garden centers and nurseries in the area that have better customer service.

Great selection of plants I buy here every year This year the plants had lots of roots and were very big I planted them and my vegetables are growing very fast

I was recommended to give this place a try. My sister-in-law was the first person to tell me about it and then my friend from work. I went in this morning excited because I looked at the reviews and photos for what this place had to offer! Not only was the staff helpful and polite, they took the time to walk me around and point specific things out or ideas to help me with what I might want to put in my garden! Beer, ineligible, professional and most importantly, friendly! I had a field day in that place and to say the least, I will absolutely be back. I definitely left with much more than I planned on leaving with today and I must say it did not break the bank! The pricing is amazing, especially for the quality of the flowers you are getting. And it's definitely items that you don't see everywhere else!!!

Horrible experience (Drew's) didn't want to exchange plant. (I literally just purchased it 3 days ago). I understand about watering my plants, It was awful customer service from the employee. He ranted about how he works hard. Instead of giving me professional service. No Exchange & advice to take home and water ☹☹☹

I had received an ad about Drew’s Garden, and how they have a vast array of plants and flowers. This was my first time coming here to find a specific hanging plant called pothos and one of the employees was very kind, and helped me find the correct greenhouse to go to. It’s also convenient they sell supplies for landscaping, and garden decor!

Excellent customer service and quality plants and products. Staff are very knowledgeable about plant care. They have a wonderful selection of Christmas cactuses right now.

Love this shop and the staff. Always friendly and helpful. They even have a friendly cat who chills out here and enjoys being pet.
