I love coming to work on Tuesdays because Royal Services cleans our floors every Monday night. They make our floors look like new. Jay and his team are professional and they take great pride in the work they do! We cannot be any happier with the work they do for us.

Royal Services is a five star company in the truest sense. I have had dealings with Royal Services for almost 6 years and know the company to do great work. Jay the owner is a super nice guy and devoted citizen and business leader in his hometown of Ferndale MI, though Royal Services seems to serve Metro Detroit far and wide.

I wanted to wait to leave a review as experience with other companies has shown me that often the first few services are great where as the rest fall sub par. I hired Royal Services for our executive office a month back and can attest this is not one of those companies. They are consistent, efficient and heir communication is outstanding. Customer service is their priority and it shows. I would recommend them for your cleaning needs!

We use Royal Services to strip and refinish the studio floors inside our business (Sola Salons). It's a big task because the floors become stained with hair color and sticky from hairspray / hair products. The owner, Jay, personally comes out and oversees all of the work--not that he even needs to since the team does a spectacular job on their own! Everyone at Royal Services is super friendly and helpful and they really know their stuff! If you want your floors done right, or any industrial cleaning (and for a very fair price), you have found the right place in Royal Services. They are royally fantastic!

Royal Services has been cleaning our offices for over two years. They always do a wonderful job. Jay is very attentive to our needs and helps us with other aspects of keeping our offices tidy in-between cleanings. He's been especially helpful when it comes to the how to's in keeping our very dark floors looking their best in the winter.

They did a great job refinishing our floors! The guys were polite and professional. The even accommodated us by cleaning the floors after business hours. I would definitely recommend! We are now considering using Royal Services for a monthly cleaning service.

These guys were great! I called about noon after a tenant left our rental home and they were able to get Matthew out the same day. He called long before he arrived to let me know his schedule and when he would arrive. Matthew did a great job, the carpet looked brand new after he was done. Matt did an amazing job on my area rugs and carpet. My 13 year old rugs look brand new and my carpet looks great! He informed me of all of the services offered and his recommendations to treat my carpet. I would highly recommend!! I was so pleased with my service that I even decided to just get my furniture cleaned instead of replacing it.

I have been using Capital for 30 years and have never been disappointed. Today Matthew called me to let me know approximately what time he would arrive and he was prompt. He came and cleaned my carpet, which had very heavily soiled traffic areas. I didn't expect it to come as clean as it did !!! He took his time, treated some spots before he cleaned it and I am happy to say my carpet looks great!!! Thank you Matt for doing such a great job at a very reasonable cost!

First I can’t say enough about Matthew. What a professional. He called to set expectations of time of arrival and came at that time. That was important as I live in another city. He was so helpful with helping me even with my window. Who does that these days? My carpet is AMAZING and it smells wonderful. I will never go anywhere else and I will personally as for Matthew.

I use Capital Carpet because not only are they local, they are a great company! Very affordable, reliable, trustworthy and do fantastic work. Matthew cleaned, deodorized, sanitized and disinfected my carpet this morning and also did a steam clean treatment. He even cleaned my porch mats without me even asking him too. I am so happy with his work and would highly suggest him for your future carpet cleaning needs. Very friendly and does a great job! He’s also vaccinated which is a huge plus for me. This place is AMAZING! Capital Carpet Cleaning and Dye has great customer service, and they do a quality job in a timely manner. I used their area rug drop-off service for my 1 living room rug and 2 runners, and Matt got back with me that same day to let me know when they'd be finished- and it was much sooner than expected. Matt and the entire team were professional and friendly, and I knew they wanted to get the job done right. Super happy with my decision to come here- the rugs are so soft and look fabulous!

We had Matthew come out to clean two rooms for us. He was very nice, professional and gave us tips on how to maintain the carpet for longer use. The previous owners had pets, we have pets and two children so the carpet needed a good cleaning. Matthew took his time and did a fantastic job. We are very satisfied. Definitely would recommend this company and Matthew!
