Matt was so friendly. He was polite, friendly, on-time, explained the procedure for cleaning. He didn't rush the job. He took his time to ensure that he would get every corner clean! He also was extra careful since we had a new paint job in the house. He even taped the corners to ensure our paint wouldn't get damaged. I would highly recommend him for carpet cleaning services in your home! Thank you Matt!

Matt was here on time, he was professional, he spent extra time on the really bad stains. I was impressed how nice the lay z boy furniture cleaned up!!!! He was able to fit me in right before Christmas. I would highly recommend Matt. I am very happy with everything he cleaned!

I brought two off-white upholstered chairs from West Elm into Capital Carpet Cleaning's shop. Matthew and Michael did an exceptional job bringing them back to life. They had some pretty bad stains on them from an Italian Dressing explosion that I struggled to get out... and admittedly made worse by my own attempts at removal. I could quickly tell that they truly care about each individual customer and took special care to remove as many stains as they possibly could. They kept the chairs for a few days and did a few passes on them (at no additional charge-their prices are very reasonable!) just so that they looked their absolute best when they were returned. I look forward to working with this shop again for my carpet and couch cleaning in the future!

I've been using Capital for over 20 years and I have no regrets. Ask for Matt if you want above and beyond service. He has a great attitude and is a conscious worker. Great experience overall and will continue to use them.

Called Capital Carpet on recommendation of a friend that had a great experience and asked for Matt like she told me. Matt came out quickly, finished the job quickly - even helped with trouble spots on my area rugs- and the carpet looks and smells great!

Capital Carpet was a great discovery. They cleaned the carpet in my rental unit and an Art Deco Era 5X8 Persian area. Both jobs came out marvelous and their rates were fantastic. Matt(?), who cleaned the the area rug was very gracious and completed the job very fast. Great communication, pricing, and service from a friendly independent small local business.

UPDATE: Matthew has done it again! Today we had the majority of our carpet cleaned and Matthew never disappoints. He's thorough, very informative and genuinely cares about us getting the best out of our carpets. I'll continue to offer referrals and never consider switching service providers. I've used Capital Carpet off and on for years. It's great to see that they are consistently good. My technician was Matthew. He was professional, thorough, and offered suggestions on carpet care between cleanings. We'll be sure to use Capital for future cleaning, and ask for Matthew by name. Great job!

I've used them since TV Book days. Jason is excellent. Called Monday at 8ish, they were here this morning.

I called Capital this morning for carpet cleaning services and each time I called the message center picked up my call. The two times I called the white female who answered my call was completely rude to me. She would not allow me to complete my sentences and her tone wasn’t friendly at all. The second and final time I called she told me she wasn’t sure why their lines were so busy this morning, however, she would take a message. She never took my message; she hung up in my face instead. I’ve done business with Capital Carpet cleaning a few times before but I will not be back. I will spend my money where it is valued in my community with other black people who own and operate their businesses and where they know how to speak to and treat their customers!

Matthew came out and Did a great job on our carpet he did all the rooms , the hallways, and stairs and made them look brand new again!! He arrived early and was very professional and informative about the cleaning and I will surely get him to come out and clean every time!

I've taken my rugs to be cleaned here for years. They are so friendly and definitely reasonably priced. Their turn-around times are quick, they do a great job, and they offer pick-up and delivery.

My rugs are all wool and and I have a dog who's not as house-broken as she used to be, so its been great to have a local company I can trust to keep our home clean. Our rugs come back good as new every time. They even freshen up your fringe.

Definitely suggest this team if you are looking to do a spring cleaning. These folks are just the best.

Jim was extremely quick and professional. I am pleased for the most part, there were some stains he wasn’t able to get out due to overuse of the carpet however after further conversation I was advised that Capital does carpet restoration as well so I’m going to let the carpet dry and take further steps from there.
