We are really happy that we switched to Elite Sprinkler Systems. They are super knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Victor is awesome. Jane at the office is always super helpful. I've had Devon out to make adjustments to my set-up and he was so great. He really took the time to take a close look at everything and explain all of the options. Virgil is also great! Highly recommend.

I met Cam today for the first time for my winter shutoff, and he was very pleasant, courteous, and efficient. we use the winterization service . Noah was very nice and carefully went through every station of my yard to make sure all water was blown out.

Our service experience was outstanding, thanks to Adrian. He was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, especially considering the challenges with our sprinkler system. Since we purchased our home during the winter, the system hadn't been inspected or turned on, leading to several unexpected issues. Adrian's expertise allowed him to resolve these problems effortlessly. We're very grateful for his work in getting our system fully operational.

Appt set up for a time that worked for us. they called wanting to come early, and I said no because the time didn't work. I had a mtg at that time. They showed up anyway, and then also called again, I stepped away briefly to take the call and again reiterate that only the time we agreed to worked for us, not the earlier time they showed up. They then just left and did NOT show up at the agreed upon time. FAIL. Complete disrespect of client time.

I originally called to repair the back flow. Jane scheduled me very quickly and Noah came out to fix the back flow. He was very knowledgeable and friendly (even nice to the big goofy dog) after fixing the back flow and starting the system he realized it was going to take more time to fix the whole system. He got us rescheduled and came back to trace lines, repair heads, rotors and broken lines and even had to uncap the line. He was informative through the whole process, patient and did really amazing work. The system runs like new, my plants are happy and I highly recommend if you are looking for a little help or a lot like in our case! Very fair pricing, very easy to work with, quick scheduling 5 stars.

Good customer service! They keep you in the loop about appointments with their communication system ( text messages and phone calls). The prices are fair, and there are no hidden fees. They gave me good advice, too. If something goes wrong, they fix it right away. I'm pleased with their service.
