Also tip your worker! They go above and beyond and deserve a little extra.

Hire anyone else to do your sprinklers, as this company doesn’t know what they’re doing and they’ll leave you with an improperly installed system that will barely function for 1 year.

I hired them to reconnect an existing system to valves, and add 2 valve zones to our house. The new lines they ran were barely 3-4” deep in the ground and as result all became disconnected from the head in less than 1 year. Furthermore, they buried the valve box approximately 6-8” below the grade of the rest of my lawn and failed to put any sort of drainage material such as rocks in or below the box. The result? You guessed it, valve box filled to the brim with dirt this spring.

Since I signed off on the install in my haste I decided to own the error. I called and scheduled someone to come out for repair work, which I explicitly said I would pay for. Two weeks later, on the day they were supposed to come out I get a call that the owner doesn’t want to send a tech out but wants to come himself but he’s scheduling another 2-weeks out. I requested the original tech, but was told he was no longer available.

Finally I just called Blueline Irrigation and found a litany of issues done incorrectly by Elite/Victor.

As others have said, the installation work is shoddy at best and any follow-up work gets ignored or delayed until convenient for them.

Update: see photo of message received asking I take down review. For clarity, I did give Elite 2 chances to look at the issues. Once before contacting another installer and again after I received estimate of work to correct their issues. After the second outreach nobody even responded.

I only use Elite to service my system. This year Cameron serviced our system and he was amazing! He came out to start our sprinkler system after we had a problematic landscaper install fabric and mulch for the season. Cameron found multiple line breaks, covered sprinkler heads, and other issues caused by the awful landscaper. He did not have the materials to fix all of the issues during his initial visit, but he came back the following week to replace all of the damaged equipment and make sure our system was functioning properly. He explained everything, showed us each damaged item, and did not leave until everything was perfect. I truly appreciate the experience after having such a terrible time with the landscaping company! Cameron was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. I highly recommend using Elite for your sprinkler system needs!

We love the work Kristin and her team did with our landscaping! They really spruced everything up and made it look fresh and clean. Kristin came out for an assessment of what needed to be done, and gave us a lot of ideas about different things we could do with our yard. We are glad we chose The Sweedish Gardener and will definitely work with them again!
