Had an issue with our toilet. Called a different company to come the next morning. Next morning, rep called and said they can’t come couldn’t make it that day. Called Creggers and they’re to be came right out and fixed it perfectly. Tim did a great job and was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

My experience with Cregger was great: I got a clear and honest explanation of the problem, was made to understand the unique set up of my house so I could understand how the whole water drainage system works, and was not offered unnecessary repairs or products. I definitely recommend them!

I had a busted pipe in my crawl space. I was able to get a plumber out hours after calling without paying an emergency fee. The receptionist and the plumber were both very nice! He was able to fix the pipe and turned my water back on. He also gave me a lot of good advice to prevent this issue in the future. I’m not familiar with pricing on these kinds of things but I asked ChatGBT and it said the price was very reasonable, or even great, for it being in the crawl space and on short notice. I’m very happy with this service!

I had a plumbing issue late at night and contacted Cregger first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service. They came out and snaked our sewer pipe and realized that snaking the pipe was not going to resolve our issue, therefore, was able to hydrojet our pipe same day. They used a camera before and after to ensure that they were thorough and then provided us with good advice. It was also nice to get a text from them a couple days later checking in to make sure we had no issues. I highly recommend. Thank you Cregger (Kody and David).

Nick was great. He arrived on time, started diagnosing the issue. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He analyzed the age of my components and let me know my options. I’m thankful for the timing of the issue and that it was a small issue that Nick was able solve quickly.

Called about several issues: faulty shower spout, slow draining sink & shower drains, and sinks with low hot and/or cold water pressure. Pepper is always a joy to talk to on the phone and is able to route questions and appointments with ease. Josh came out within the week to work through several repairs and give us a quote for the faulty spout. In addition to a very reasonable estimate, he provided insight on what we could anticipate if the repair did not go as planned, which was greatly appreciated. In the time between appointments, Josh was available for help when questions arose, allowing us to solve potential issues quickly. Josh wrapped up repairs today and was efficient & thorough. I would recommend Cregger Plumbing to anyone in the Detroit area!

Josh was fantastic. He quickly identified and fixed a leak at my home and repaired several sections of copper piping. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to offer helpful recommendations on a few other plumbing related concerns as well. Very professional, personable, and easy to work with. Looking forward to working with Cregger and Josh again in the future!

My only dispute is that I can't give this company more than 5 stars. Jayden Brown was my technician and it was his expert knowledge and customer service that solidified my future business with this company. I got a hot water tank installed but I'm going to get other household repairs through this company, furnace, central air, drain work etc. EXPERT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAIR PRICING, what more could I ask for. I definitely recommend this company.

He was an amazing technician, very knowledgeable. Came right over and fixed the problem fast and had me warming back up in no time. I’m definitely impressed and would recommend him to anyone needing their furnace repaired.

My hot water tank was leaking and Cregger was able to help me out! Jayden came to the house promptly and installed the new water heater. He educated me on the benefits of the new water tank and brought up other items I needed to pay attention and keep on eye one. Great service!

I would absolutely work with Cregger Plumbing again in the future. The service was excellent - from the first phone call to the actual repair. I called in the afternoon and had a tech at my home the next morning. Prior to arrival, I got a text message with a heads up that my tech, Dominick, was on the way and it included his picture, so I knew exactly who to expect at my door. The service itself was quick and professional! Highly recommend!!

Plumbing visit/work by Chris was super excellent! He totally appears to know his stuff! Thought I needed new garbage disposal. Chris checked it out and realized previous plumber had used duct tape instead of a clamp causing an electrical disconnect. Running perfectly after he applied the clamp!🥳

Chris did super job of replacing my bathroom faucet and pipe connections and same w laundry tubs that had been installed without appropriate drainage and he fixed that too and than recommended a product to keep drains clear. On top of that, he helped me move two furniture items in my home….!! Chris just amazing. Although i thought prices high…in comparison to paying less to have things screwed up is a better deal! Thanks Chris…great at your craft! Will definitely return to Cregger!

This is an awesome company. My water heater went out and I needed a new one asap!!! And, Cregger definitely delivered. The very next day I had my new one installed by Jaydon Brown. Let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised at his efficiency and skill level. He brought a couple things up to code during the install, and he was done in under two hours!
Everyone at Cregger Plumbing is very, very pleasant. Their pricing is fair. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

I had a basement drain backup and called several "emergency" plumbers that told me they couldn't make it out at all today, or it would have to be well after regular hours at a grossly inflated price.

Dominick from Cregger really came through for us. He arrived promptly (in about an hour), was professional, knowledgeable and quickly solved the issue. I'm grateful I didn't have to rearrange my schedule last minute to deal with this. Thank you!

We are so pleased with the service we received from Chris Goode of Cregger Plumbing, Heating and Electrical. Communication with Cregger is outstanding. We received text updates and emails about the scheduling of services and best of all, we received a photo of Chris and information about his expertise - a much appreciated virtual introduction- before he came to our home. He promptly provided estimates for the work we needed done immediately plus estimates for work we might wish to do in the future. Chris also alerted us to conditions we should keep an eye on to circumvent problems. I feel that Chris gave us a thorough and insightful evaluation of our heating system and the repair work he did in our home went above and beyond expectation. Plus which, Chris is quite amiable and considerate. We are glad he was assigned to work at our home and will request his services the next time we call Cregger.

Thomas and his crew showed up as planned and went straight to work removing the old cast iron boiler and its supporting equipment. In no time at all the old was gone and they were setting up the area for the new system. Upon completion of the job, Thomas gave me a run down of what they did, explaining the various pieces of equipment and what they were supposed to do. The house is now nice and toasty. My mother in law has taken off her, gloves, hat and sweater. Happy mom, happy me.

David is certainly the BEST plumber in the area! We had a major issue with a corroded and leaking drain under our basement floor (common issue with older homes).

David came in, diagnosed the issue, excavated, replaced the drain, and got us back on line in one day. Amazing!

We called in the morning with a shower issue and they had a plumber out before noon. We were shocked they could do the job the same day. Josh did a great job converting our leaking three-handle shower to a new single handler. He also replaced the old galvanized pipes with copper.
