I checked this place on the Internet and it’s supposed to be open 24 hours. We drove 45 minutes and this place is CLOSED ! We need a part for our AC unit and since this was the only place open we decided to drive all the way! The place still says OPEN . They need to update this information!

Please believe the reviews and ratings online. I waited 1.5 hours in my hot house for the technician to arrive, and had to call back to be told there's no service available tonight. I'm scrambling to find other services.

Well my heater/air. Wasnt heating up. He told me i needed a whole new unit. The drift motor was going. He borrowed my husbands wd40 sprayed it .turned it on. And left. It cost me 145.00 . for what? He didnt do anything but spray my husbands WD 40 on it. I will never go back. It still dont work.and i still have no heat.

Today DTE came out. Worker said either DTE can or I can call someone to clean my boiler. It was purchased from Beyer several years ago. However, Beyer repair person called me. He did not come out. He told me over the phone that I need a new furnace sight unseen. Done with Beyer. DTE said they can do this for $400-$500 I’ll let DTE handle it. Done with Beyer.

These people installed a direct vent wall furnace for me. It was very expensive (effectively $2000 for labour) and it never worked effectively - the pilot kept going out.

They managed to avoid us until the warranty ran out and now they want to charge for a repair which should have been done last winter.

Steer clear.

Have had two furnaces installed and several repairs over the years. Great price. Great service. The crew is always clean, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.

All I have to say is that we had an amazing experience with Beyer. Our ac technician Jerry was expercienced, knowlegeable and friendly. He arrived quickly, fixed our unit, and gave us tips on how to maintain it. I am very pleased.

Called these guys to come out to diagnose air conditioning. They gave a quote for 1275.00 for a new condenser fan motor. The tech could not give me a part and labor break down he just said it was 1275.00 to get AC. ( HOW CAN YOU NOT GIVE ME A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT THE PART COST AND WHAT THE LABOR COST!?) I had a second opinion from another company and they are doing the job for 420.00 out the door. It's pretty bad when you call a local company for service and they want to rob you for this kind of money?!?!? I paid there 125 diagnose fee even though I was quoted 95 over the phone. Shame on you
