Cregger was our go-to plumber for many years until recently. We’ve noticed that while the quality of their work is fine, their prices are outrageous - nearly double what other locally owned licensed plumbers charge. Additionally, they send text and emails quoting extra, unrequested services that cost thousands of dollars (in one case, over 12k). I have little faith in their quotes or what they recommend. We won’t be calling them again.

Jacob was great and very professional. He did a great job resolving my kitchen piping issue. He went over and beyond. I appreciate everything he did to help me. I will absolutely be calling on Cregger for my future needs. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! 🙂🙂

Paul, my technician, was outstanding! My furnaces both stopped working overnight, each for a different reason. I started calling companies that were 24/7 leaving messages @ 5:30 this am. Pepper (very knowledgeable and friendly) called me back when she received the message and set up an early afternoon appointment. Paul sent me at text at 11:45 and was here in 30 minutes from his last job. He was extremely polite and considerate. I explained what was going wrong and he said, lets take a look. Needless to say he had the diagnosis within 10 minutes. He’s super knowledgeable, explained everything is laymen terms so that I had a thorough understanding of what needed to be done. He was very detailed in his work and took the time to check out the rest of the furnace’s operations to make sure everything was in working order. When finished he left the work area as clean as when he arrived. Excellent!

Demetrius Flonta did a great job clearing a blockage. Even recommended (but didn't push) further inspecting and other work that could be done to ensure better flow throughout the house. Work was done quickly, effectively, was communicated well, and was ensured that everything was working properly before exiting. Also Creggar itself was great to work with, and was able to come see me only a day after calling after the first company I contacted suddenly cancelled and said they don't service my area despite being across the street from Creggar. All around a great experience, would use them again!

Jayden and Ethan fixed my plumbing issue that was causing a rotten egg smell in my 100-year-old home, and they did so with ease and good timing—despite having to cut into my drywall behind my heavy stacked washer/dryer units (that did not come with wheels or a level floor) that were difficult to move in and out of the space. Both guys were friendly and informative, despite the complication of explaining my plumbing issue to me. Jayden was even kind enough to remove a dead rodent from my crawlspace that was found during the initial diagnostic appointment! And they both were kind enough to close up the wall hole they made and cleaned up the mess made from cutting and installing PVC piping/trap for my washer to eliminate the nasty smell I was experiencing when I used hot water and my A/C kicked on—pushing the smell into my home via my vents. This is the third major home project I’ve hired Cregger for as a first-time homeowner and I have zero plans to change businesses, every Cregger technician I’ve had out to my home has been extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I appreciate those qualities more than I could express and I mean this in the best way possible—I hope I never have to see another Cregger technician again now that all of the major issues have been resolved. But if a new issue arises, I will 100% be contacting Cregger again because I know I can trust that they most likely know my home better than I do at this point! Thank you Jayden and Ethan, and Cregger for all you’ve done for me and my home!

Josh S was absolutely wonderful. Seriously the most friendly and considerate plumber I’ve ever had. His communication was world class and he worked hard and got the job done right! What more could you ask for?! We will be relying on Cregger and specifically Josh going forward. So relieved to have a company we can count on!

Was troubled with multiple hidden leaks as a first time homeowner (My fault for not quadruple inspecting a flip house lols) and my mom suggested to call Cregger.

Ethan was my plumber sent out and he did a swift and phenomenal job. He found the leaks and errors in the pipe system that even my initial inspector missed. Pleasant guy to talk with too and very down to earth. For the mid-high quote price, their work is quality, timely, and straight to the point.

Got a brand new shower setup from an old 3 handle -> new 1handle mixer and my basement isn't flooding with mystery leaks anymore. Overall a great plumbing company, and I'd suggest giving Ethan a raise.

I no longer need to throw towels in the basement and I could finally take a shower in peace lmao.

A+. Tim was super professional. He was in and out within a couple of hours even though I had serious leak in my kitchen. I would highly recommend Cregger Plumbing and Tim specifically. I would also like to mention that Joe was able to help as well and he was just as great as Tim.

Becoming a first time home owner can be alot especially when you need a new HVAC system right away! Nate was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond and added on some things with no additonal cost. I will be passing his information along to my relator as well!! Highly recommend for quick, efficient and good service!! Accommodating wirh my fiance and I's schedules as well!

Hilton Mechanical installed a new hot water tank in my home and did an excellent job. They were professional, charged a fair price, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. A few months later, they replaced my old A/C unit with the same high-quality workmanship and fair pricing. They were respectful of my property throughout both jobs. I would recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

I highly recommended Nate for any heating and cooling needs. My air conditioning stopped working and I had at least 6 other companies come out. All charged a service fee to determine the issue, all determined with no testing it was a leak that couldn’t be fixed. After paying the first 2 service fees I called asking for replacement quotes. I went with all of the top rated companies with the best reputations. None were as direct or honest as Nate. He saved me thousands of dollars, he installed a great furnace and air conditioner and upon my request replaced my ductwork that was 75 years old and too small to efficiently heat and cool my home. His work was meticulously done, he came when he said he would, he respected my property and he’s extremely trustworthy. He also helped us get rebates and a tax credit which he did the work for which put an additional
$1100.00 in our pockets. All of the other companies showed us the rebates and credits then took them off their price like we were saving money but they were keeping them for themselves. So, I got a high seer ac unit and a high efficiency furnace and all new ductwork with everything that was original replaced for at least 6,000 less than any other quote! Ac is running great! Hilton mechanical is the way to go!!!! Thank you Nate!!!

Nate did an excellent job installing our new AC unit. His professionalism stood out from start to finish, and he’s been great with ongoing support whenever we’ve had questions. Our home has stayed perfectly cool at 68° all summer without a single issue. We haven’t had a chance yet to try the new heating, but I know it’ll be a toasty winter inside this house! Highly recommend Hilton Mechanical!

When your furnace shuts downs in the middle of winter, there is no scarier feeling! Luckily I called Nate, who was very knowledgeable about how to test and approach the fix. He was here for 2 days at a moments notice, in and out in 30min to an hour. The first day to assess the furnace, the second day to bring the parts needed to fix it. He made it look so easy for something that looks so complex!! He is my go to guy now and I will always refer him to others. A true master of his craft!

We have been using Ray Heating & Cooling for a while now and we have a service contract with them. They have always been friendly and helpful and they are very reasonably priced. Today, Joe did a quick and efficient check up on our new A/C system that he helped install around last year. I couldn't recommend these guys more.

I had Ray Heating & Cooling install my current furnace and AC unit early last year. It is more than one year and six months now and they still continue to work fine. They serviced and did some checkups on the units during the last fall and spring and the crew showed up on time and did a very professional job.
