I called Servpro Oak Park/Ferndale after a window was broken in the entry door of my home. I needed someone to board it up for security purposes until I could arrange to have the window replaced. A friend who has dealt with this kind of a problem many times recommended this business without hesitation. Every person I dealt with at Servpro was compassionate and attentive to my obvious need without any prompting. They came out to my house a short time after I called. Particular care was taken not to further damage my door while securing it at the same time. I appreciate professionalism and that's what I got. After a day of near-tragedy and disappointment on so many different levels, Servpro helped to restore my faith in service businesses. Thank you Servpro!

The team from Servpro Ferndale, responded the same day that my basement flooded and proceeded to handle everything, from getting the water out, worked with my insurance, and made arrangements to have all contents removed. Also over saw the complete restoration. Make this your first call. Very happy customer.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Servpro of Oak Park/Ferndale. My review covers using them as a commercial client and a residential client. I had the most unfortunate start to the year 2023 with my business and home flooding literally 7 days a part. Overwhelmed and devastated is a understatement of how I felt with my ability to earn income and suddenly being homeless happening at the same time. The team at Servpro Oak Park/ Ferndale responded quickly, explained the process and got to work quickly.

Their quick response limited damage to my commercial property and allowed my business to be back up and running in the same week. I can not express enough the extreme level of detail they had in restoring my school.

For my home they came out right away and extracted the water. Tore out damaged cabinetry and carpet. Dried out my Granite floors and packed up all of my family's personal effect with extreme care and detail so I could locate personal items.

I was updated daily on both projects and pricing was fair. The level of service and peace of mind far exceeded what they billed for the work. You may find cheaper but I assure you that you will not get this level of service, respect, detail and professionalism. I never felt that my level of service was affected because I was a woman client.

Excellent experience working with Servpro. They had two technicians and equipment at our manufacturing facility within an hour of our call for help with a major roof leak that occurred during a re-roofing project. The techs promptly assessed the the entire problem and returned shortly with the additional equipment they had determined would best dry things out as soon as possible. Due to their quick action and proper equipment selection and placement we were able to avoid moisture damage to expensive inventory and machinery.

Both times, the water saturated the same area and leaked through the basement ceiling. The fact that the floor survived two floods is a testament to Servpro's restoration expertise and customer care. From the first phone call to the final walk through, they were kind, communicative and professional every step the way. They also made the insurance claim process a breeze. We were fortunate to have ServPro on our side during the June 26th sewer drain back up! We had just renovated out basement and lost everything! The crew that came out was extremely knowledgable and professional! The worked long hours to remove our flooring, cut drywall, test and cut plaster, sanitize and dry out our basement. They were punctual, patient and very easy to work with! I highly recommend ServPro! Our team of Dan, Brennan and Gino were amazing and I cannot thank these guys enough! Our business has a baseball facility upstairs. One of the sprinkler systems got hit during a practice and needless to say our business was flooded. I contacted Tracy at SERVPRO and she was very professional and efficient. I had trucks within an hour to assist us with all of the water damage. Their crew remained there until all of the water was gone. Tracy was on site along with the crew. I highly recommend SERVPRO!!

I have used servpro of Ferndale/Clinton Township a number of times and each time the company was professional, efficient and reasonably priced compared to other companies I contacted.
Most recently Mike came out, assessed my sandy basement floor(flood brought in sand), explained the process, and came back to clean the floor.
Mike and Josh thoroughly re-
moved all the sand from my basement floor, dried my floor and sanitized my floor. I’m very satisfied with the results and am ready to have new basement carpet laid.

I had a company come to my home for an evaluation of a possible repair that left me concerned as it was very costly like $21,000. I followed up with a different contractor that indicated that he had been in the housing business for many years and suggested that the roof needed replacement nothing more. No signs of anything more required, everything appeared solid. I took it a step further and decided to have one room checked out by Servpro, I had a wonderful representative which was Dan, he checked out the room for purity air, any leaking, or discoloration also check for any underlying issues with walls he found nothing for them to service. He walked me through step by step answer every question he was wonderful. Very positive experience with this company. Great communication by the owner, Carrie who worked with my insurance company and kept me informed along the entire process. Dan and his entire crew were punctual, atttentive to protecting surfaces and clean up. Work performed was a testament to their knowledge and skillset. Very evident that these people work as a team. I had a pipe break in my basement right before the holidays. I had no idea what I needed to do to get the mess cleaned up. I called Servpro and they walked me through it all. They sent out their team hours after I called them. They handled everything! My schedule had very little disruption because the Servpro crew handled it all. Erick and Corey were fantastic! I am a very delayed in sharing my experienc with Servpro, but i want to correct that. In 2022, my family was notified that our younger brother was discover deceased in his home. This was a huge schock to all of us. My brother lived alone and had no family in Michigan. The house needed to be cleaned before we could access it and I reached out to Servpro in Ferndale.
Luckily, I connected with the production manager, Hugh Russell.

He arranged to have the house attended to, place a lock box on the door and met me the day I arrived to attend to the necessary matters. I don't know what I would have done if he had not gone above and beyond to assist our family during this terrible time. I am forever grateful at his kindness and assistance. I had to trust him and Servpro to take care of the necessary tasks which included accessing the home and securing the home.

First and foremost they do an excellent job removing water and provide good customer service. Even though their prices are high they come to your home really fast. They are the company you want to call for an emergency. However for non- emergency issues, I think women may need to do get some additional estimates before doing business with this company. The reconstruction estimate they provided to me was outrageous they were going to charge me for laying tarps on the floor when the gentleman told me he would paint the baseboard before coming to my home. As a result, I found another company.Ladies, please please read your estimates and invoices.

Our home insurance had ServPro come out to clean up our bathroom and kitchen ceiling after we had a leak. They came out right away and did a great job opening everything up to look for damage, cleaned it all up, and made sure everything was dry. We had water coming in from family room from backyard after several weeks of excessive rain. Contacted Serv Pro who upon approval from insurance, came out with a crew and immediately tore out carpet and padding. They cut out drywall and removed insulation. Lots of dehumidifier and fans which were checked daily for readings on moisture levels. The guys and their team were great. Professional and courteous as well as informative and knowledgeable. We had water damage in our kitchen resulting in our wood floors being damaged. State Farm recommended three service companies and we were fortunate to call ServPro.! They were out the next day started the mediation and were very professional, courteous and decisive on what had to be done. Shout out to Carrie ,who has the franchise , her employees Mike, Josh, Dan, Jeff and Al. All these guys were super and made this easier to get through. Servpro continues to work on getting our home back to normal but I would not hesitate to call them in the future, but we don’t have to do that. Thank you all.
