Experience has been 10/10. Had SERVPRO come out to deal with the damages due to a pipe leaking inside my wall. So far I've had the pleasure of working with Dan and his crew on the demo/remediation side. I truly couldn't of been in better hands, they worked quickly and efficiently, there was constant communication throughout from Dan, of what was going on, why it was happening, etc.
I've opted to work with SERVPRO on both the demo and reconstruction side, and I think everyone would benefit from doing the same.
Fingers crossed nothing happens at home again that warrants me having to use them again hah, but if I did. It would happen without hesitation! Will definitely recommend to any and all that end up in a situation like mine!

They got the mitigation tools into our home quickly and took care of moving furniture / flooring / cabinetry all in-house which made scheduling much easier. Great customer service and saved me money! This was the easiest part of dealing with a roof leak. I had water damage to a small spot in my 2nd floor ceiling that occurred months ago, I ended up getting a new roof and then had a mold inspection conducted by a 3rd party afterwards to determine next steps. The mold report did not find signs in the air, but still recommended remediation. I called ServPro of Ferndale to get a 2nd opinion and help on next steps. Gino looked at my mold report, came over the next day looked at my concern, went into my attic and gave me an honest opinion. Thank you!

From interacting with Erick on the restoration to working with Jack Pesha on the scheduling of the reconstruction, I couldn't be happier with the results. My kitchen looks exactly the way it did (maybe even better) than it did before the leak. Both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with all the work.

ServPro was quick on the scene, early in the morning of our house flood and got right to work from the get go. Daniel was very helpful in explaining the process and getting his team to work on boxing up all our items and moving them out promptly once the PODs were ordered to our house. At this juncture, ServPro has completed the Mitigation process and we are comfortable enough to now move forward and use them in the Recon portion of our house restore.
