John the technician was very polite & thorough with the flushing the system from start to finish. He also was able to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Superior comfort heating & cooling.

Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through his diagnostics and repair. What I appreciate the most is how throrough he was explaining the issues in a respectful manner. That's a rare quality these days. Thank you Dave and Superior Comfort!!

David came over today to take a look at our furnace and the service was top notch. Super friendly to both me and my family. Took the time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond making sure everything was working. Very patient and even gave our kiddo a little bear and coloring book which absolutely made his day.

This company is amazing! I dealt with a few companies before going with superior. Miciah when he came out was so nice and very professional I couldn’t have been more pleased with him! Todd in sales came out gave me a quote on what I needed also told me the pros and cons of only doing that part and that it wouldn’t be worth it in the long run as the part that needed fixing I’ve had issues with for the last 3 years, so I chose to replace the whole furnace and ac unit! He was so nice and understanding and very knowledgeable and helped me stay with in my budget range! Donald and Ricky came today and did the install of the furnace and ac and they did a PHENOMENAL JOB I’m truly blown away! They were professional friendly and very respectful to my home and went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!!! They worked very hard today and I am beyond grateful to be a customer to such a wonderful family and friends oriented business! A business that’s honest trustworthy and professional, not many like that anymore!! I highly recommend them hands down. I’m posting this for my mother in law. Her install done by Don and Gavin was fantastic! Very clean and shiny. It was a difficult install (location/space), but these two young men made it look easy. Thanks so much for such a swift turnaround! From quote by Bryan to install by Don and Gavin was just a few days. Tony G even stopped by to make sure the duct work was going to be setup properly. I would definitely recommend Superior Comfort!

Superior Comfort Heating and Cooling gets an A+ in every regard. First, the gentleman who gave the estimate was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Then, the workmanship of the installation team was magnificent. Again, they were professional, polite, and careful. The men took their time to make the furnace fit and work well in the space. Some pieces were custom made in their shop so we would get a safe, efficient furnace. Finally, Superior Comfort does things correctly and in a contemporary and thoughtful way. They were also less expensive than the other company from which we got an estimate. On the day the installers were due to arrive, I was sent an email with a photo of the men I was to expect. I was informed of the time of their arrival. They did indeed arrive within minutes of when they said they would. After the installation, my husband and I had questions about the humidifier. A technician came to our home to better educate us on how to operate the digital thermostat and what we could expect from the device. There was no charge for this visit. We also had a hot water heater and air conditioner installed by Superior Comfort. We haven't used the air conditioner yet because our installation was near the end of October. But, from our interaction with the Superior Comfort Crew, I have no doubts that they will be available to continue to serve us well. My husband and I are older folks. So, we have experienced a wide variety of workmanship and dealings with service people at our home. We can't think of many, if any, who can exceed the service that Superior Comfort provides. We are so happy we went with them. Their business approach is exemplary. The owner could give lessons to others who run a business. His staff speaks highly of him for the work environment and quality of the goods. If the future yields problems with our equipment, I'll come back and change my review. I doubt that will be necessary. A+ and a HUGE thank you is being sent to Superior Comfort.

This total experience with this company was awesome. We needed a new furnace and air conditioner. The installers James, Tyler, and Austin were so efficient and polite. They did a wonderful job and were very considerate of our home. I’m so happy we called them.

This company who I really liked in the beginning turned out to be a large disappointment. We bought a new furnace and air unit from them in 2021. We've had to have them come out multiple times since then. The 1st time was after the first time we used the new air. They had something in the furnace too high and it was blowing out our pilot on the hot water tank. Our carbon monoxide alarm kept going off. And it took awhile for the guy to figure it out; tried blaming the hot water tank, said it was because it wasn't getting ventilation. He wanted us to drill a hole in our wall. So we left the whole panel off and it didn't fix the problem but he still kept pushing for us to drill a hole in our wall. We had the WHOLE PANEL OFF and it didn't fix the problem. Turns out it was an error from when they installed it the furnace. Our furnace is out again. They were just out in Dec. 2025 replacing a part they replaced in Oct, 2024. And now we sit with no heat yet again. With having to pay them for coming out, the monthly membership fee, in addition to the cost for replacing the same part, I feel like I'm constantly giving these people money. I'm done. Their bedside manner might be great, but the products purchased through them and their problem solving skills suck.

Bryan was great and very personable. Superior went over and above because we understood they were very busy and they work this into their schedule. What I initially thought might be an emergency was not. However, they still got us taken care of and I appreciate that level of service ability.

Had our furnace, water heater and air conditioning replaced today by Tyler and Kyle from Superior Heating.
These two men were more then professional. They did installation and totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Superior. Their complete staff is AAA+

We used Superior and Gills plumbing for a HUGE plumbing issue. Needed to have a pipe under our house replaced. I am going to do a review just for the install and then another great review when they come back and fill everything up. The installation took two days. The crew was fantastic! Ignacio led a great team of guys. Joe M, Joe L and Kyler were so wonderful. All of the dudes went above and beyond, were kind, courteous, and clear about every step of the process. I am a comfy club member and it saved us 2 percent off this huge job. Will never call someone else!

Thanks for taking care of my concerns regarding my new Bryant furnace quickly. Installation was done in one afternoon and we had heat that evening. Tech installers left the work area clean and answered all my concerns. Brownstown City inspectors came out and seemed impressed with the work performed. They had mentioned Superior Comfort by name and said their work was is the best. Al Attard. PS. Nick Vitale on Hall Road in Woodhaven recommended Superior Comfort since he had a furnace installed last year. Great friend, take care of him.

When our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest nights of January ’26 we called Superior Comfort !
Phil was able to quickly diagnose the problem that was shutting the unit down. But there were other problems.
After letting Phil know that our decision was to probably go with a new unit he had Paul on site the same day.
Paul called an emergency service for us to get heat back in the house quickly. We determined that our best option was new Furnace, plus AC, so at this point we added Filters, Smart Thermostat, and a Humidifier.

Tyler and Kyle made sure the entire install went smoothly and to perfection while doing it in sub 32 weather.
The removal and installation was done in a timely and very neat professional manner.
After Tyler and Kyle finished, they gave us a demo on the thermostat. Their cleanup job was impressive, one of
the best I have ever seen. Other than now having heat in the house, you would not even know they were here.

I cannot say enough good things about this skilled group.

Wow what an amazing company! Hot water tank gave out and created some challenges for us. Contacted Superior Comfort (on a Friday) and they accommodated us with same day service. They took out the old tank and replaced with the Classic Series Rheem. The installation of new tank looks awesome. The guys Tyler and James were very professional and knowledgeable in their duties. Great job, great service thanku so much guys.
