I had a sudden leak in my basement at a previously "capped and township inspected" water pipe by another company just five years ago, that needed quick repair.

I was asked to send a picture of the issue, which I did, and upon arrival of the company namesake and owner Anthony, he told me what he thought it was before ever seeing the issue first hand. Then we went to my basement, he verified, used his tool and within two minutes he had finished the job that a previous plumber didn't complete.

His knowledge and work were impressive and I will always use A-Rod's for any plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to my family, friends and neighbors. You should too !

I was very impressed with Anthony, his professionalism and obvious love of his job. His willingness to explain what he found is a plus for a single female homeowner. As an emergency pipe freezing in the extreme temperatures, he and his employee had them thawed in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company, I needed someone to depend on, A-Rod's Plumbing is my choice. Pricing was as expected.

Anthony was great. Good work , covered his boots , cleaned up was great, good pricing, effective service, and there was no service charge had he not done any work! This is definitely the only company I will be using from here on out. He explained every step of the process in detail and was very patient with my lack of plumbing knowledge. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

A-Rod’s Plumbing delivered exceptional service from start to finish. I needed a water heater replaced and Anthony came over and explained what needed to be done. His quote was detailed and explained all the parts & service needed. Even when running into an unforeseen major snag Anthony & his team kept at it and completed the repair with real attention to detail.

What stood out most was the pride they take in their work. They cleaned everything up after the job was completed.

These guys were very prompt, showed up when they said they would. Very personablem. Assessed the job, gave a good quote. Cleaned up after they were done. Started and finished the job in one day. If you’re looking for a great plumber, this is the company you want. Great job guys

Excellent company. Fast,friendly and quality service. I called on a Monday, they came the next day for an estimate and completed the job Wednesday. I had a water pressure reducer installed for my barn auto waterers. They took the time to accompany me to the barn to make sure the reducer accomplished the desired results for me. I highly recommend A-Rods plumbing.

A-Rod plumbing really helped me and my mom out with installing her new water heater. Very professional, easy to schedule appointments, and pricing is good. Not only will they work with you financially, they also educate you on what needs to be done to bring your house up to code, I really appreciated that. We were pleased and I will be referring them.

I want to share my excellent customer service experience. Originally we didn’t have the best experience with a plumber no longer with the company. Once the owner of the company found out he quickly called personally and wanted to really understand the situation to ensure it never happens again. His kind and customer oriented response was worthy of a 10 star review if I could give it. Not only did they take care of our needs in the house quickly, they went above and beyond anything expected. Their prices are fair and do not charge for visit when giving estimates. Most companies charge a service fee. They do not. They are local company that not only does a great job but they provide excellent customer service.

Called and was on the way. Very professional service.

We had a leak at our water heater inlet. David came out and was very friendly and professional. He used all the safety protocols (wearing a mask, etc.) for the job. He explained what he was doing and what likely caused the leak. We called him on Sunday late afternoon and he came out on Monday mid-morning, as the leak was not emergent. David showed up on time and finished quickly. We chatted quite a bit while he performed the repair. Would definitely call him again if we needed a plumbing repair. David's prices were as expected for a Master Plumber.

My city required a backflow check on Irrigation systems. I called Dave. Very nice guy. Pleasant and friendly. One of the most affordable plumbers on the list provided. Dave arrived on time as stated. The problem comes with outrageous amount he charged for the repair. I was told I needed a "repair kit." I'm assuming entire kit would be used. Dave charged a $140.00 for a screw and a 2 inch gasket ring and labor. The labor was removing the top of the assembly. I would have never thought such price gouging from the conversations held with him. Nice guy, but price gouger. $215.00 which started as a $75.00 charge.

I would like to personally thank Todd, Tyler & Miciah for everything they have done in the past 48 hours. My families furnace unfortunately had a crack, after shopping around I finally figured this would be the best company. We are so SATISFIED and grateful for the hard work, dedication, patience, and warmth they brought. Starting from my initial phone conversation I was elated for them to arrive. Miciah came and was very honest and made me feel comfortable in an area I am very uneducated in. He was completely honest and open in every single step showing me the issue and letting me know we could finance for low monthly payments! Once we found we needed a new AC Unit & Furnace they immediately came in and begin our financing portion. Within 24 hours Todd and Tyler arrived. They were just as family oriented, careful, hardworking and informative. As a home full of women we were all comfortable and safe feeling which is the icing on the cake. High quality work, neat and organized. Furnace and AC took less than a day to install. They were very complete reviewing the system with us and answered any questions. David was great to work with. Communication was strong throughout the entire process. Great company, I highly recommend.

Justin and Rudy arrived on time (to my Lincoln Park home), we’re professional, courteous and encouraged me to ask questions during the installation. Removal of the old unit and install of the new Rheel 95% high efficiency unit took approximately 6 hours, and the gentlemen left the space clean. I am a very happy customer.

Would not recommend their plumbing services. They charge master plumbing prices and make rookie mistakes. Ended up costing me more in damages to my home... superior begs for Google reviews so take them with a grain of salt.

Superior is a great company. Our air conditioner stopped working and we knew it was time for a new unit. We called and had an appointment two days later Bryan was at our house and had an estimate the same day with install date within one week! Bryan was very knowledgeable and listened to all our needs, we really appreciate all his help. Kaitlyn was also super helpful with billing and was very helpful and had super fast responses to all emails/calls. The install date came and we had Tyler S. and Rudy A. who installed our new system and tankless water heater in two days. They both were very efficient, stayed late to get the job done, and were very professional/friendly. We will definitely use them for all our future projects/repairs.

Scott and his team have helped us with many scenarios and projects. They are very responsive, affordable and extremely knowledgable with HVAC. I would not trust anyone else to be fair and honest. Look for the teal truck with the adorable bears!!

Phil was prompt and a fantastic tech. He walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Showed me voltage ranges and what was good and bad and what needed attention. Phil went above and beyond and earned his rating!
