Technician was able to diagnose that we need a new humidifier. He stated he's going to check and see if this can be fixed like piece by piece, but is uncertain based on the model and setup whether or not that is a viable option. Gave 2 quotes for new units. I thanked him for his service even though it didnt remedy the situation

We had our AC, furnace, and water heaters replaced, and our ducts sealed and insulated, and Superior gave us a great deal for everything as well as a financing offer. Justin and Donald came to our place in Flat Rock and from the start were courteous, professional, and respectful of the property. They put down cloths to protect our floors and stairs, took care to fold up area rugs so they would not be trampled, and were communicative throughout the process (letting us know when water would be turned off and back on, what parts they’d be working on each day, answered all of our hundreds of questions, and demonstrated all features before they left). They cleaned up after each work day, and I even commented that things were cleaner after each day than when they arrived! We’ll definitely call on Superior again if we ever need more (and they’ll be servicing everything they just installed). Highly recommend!

This company is the biggest scam out there. My furnace was five years old and I wasn’t getting heat in 2025. The first gentleman came out and told me I needed a New igniter he replaced it, Hours later, it was still not working. Next guy comes out and tries to charge me another service call, then says, "Oh, it was a spider blocking the igniter." Almost one year later my heat stops working again. I called a company a different one and they said that the wrong igniter was put in and it is fried that's why I don’t have heat call the company that put it in it’s still under warranty. Andy was so honest didn’t even charge a service call. I call the original company, which is this company's superior. They come out. I have to wait a week for the park to come in. So when the part finally comes, they tell me Oh your sensory board is fried you need a new sensory Now it’s $775. The sensory board would not have fried if it weren’t the wrong igniter on there. Called and spoke with the manager Tried to say it had nothing to do with the igniter being wrong. They know they put the wrong igniter on. Stay away from this company. they won’t even honor their mistake and tried to make more money off of you!

Great service. Miciah was prompt, knowedgable, and even taught me a few things about my furnace while he was out. SCH&C will definitely get future business from me. It is so refreshing to have fast, friendly and knowledgeable service that approaches things from a customer first perspective.

Timely, professional, honest, and kind. Beat out other quotes I got. Better warranty on the units we went with compared to other quotes. Had a whole home system replaced and it’s amazing. Took a week to turnaround a quote to install. Install was a bit complicated and took 2 days, but the installers did great work. My installers, Tyler and Rudy were outstanding. Very pleased with the work. They took pride in making it look like a high end professional install. No corners cut. Bryan quoted us the system and he did great also. No hassle and understood our needs. System works great. Bryan even text back and forth in off hours to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Financing was a breeze. I highly recommend Superior Comfort.

John was amazing. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed quickly, and it was a very reasonable cost. Overall, we could not have been happier.

We just had our furnace serviced by David Barnes a friendly and charismatic technician who took the time to not just talk with us but also made sure to take the time to break down in detail what was wrong with our furnace but also took the time to break down the pricing along with recommendations. Over all very happy with the service and enjoyed working with the technician who came out.

We have been customers of Superior Comfort for 5-6 years now. Fall checkups, reasonable, usually have the same technician which is nice and reassuring. Service for problems handled quickly. Highly recommend.

The service technician. Was all about selling a new furnace. Didn't do any type of work.. merely looked at it and said it is bad and old and said he won't do any work on it because its not worth it. Quoted me 8000 to 12000 for a new unit. He was too busy talking on the phone not even about my issue..and kept me waiting g for over 25 minutes. Worthless appt and waste of money. Times are tough and this was a total waste of time and money. Company came out today replaced the valve witch was 400 less than he quoted. And set me up for an appt to get a quote on a new unit at a later time.

Alex from superior heating and cooling responded first thing Sunday morning to diagnose Furnance issue successfully. He was professional and extremely helpful in getting this problem resolved. I’m grateful to Superior for their promptness and help on this freezing morning. I will use them now exclusively. Thanks

Called on Friday to schedule an appointment for furnace repair. Appointment was scheduled for Saturday between 8 and 4. I received a text confirmation I asked that I be contacted by a real person to follow up but that never happened. On Saturday, after waiting for 8 hours in a cold home, a technician never called or showed up. When calling to straighten this out, I could only talk to their AI customer service. I got no help from a real person.

Update: After seeing my review, Miciah responded to make things right. He came the next day (but had offered to come to my home at 8:30 the night before). I appreciate the effort he made. I appreciate the real people at Superior Comfort, but I'm not a fan of the AI customer service. How can a company advertise 24/7 emergency service, but then not have a real person to respond to those in need?

What a GREAT company ! My humidifier which is attached to my furnace was not working. Brian came and explained what happened, he cleaned & replaced the hose to my humidifier. Seems a previous HVAC company that cleaned my furnace for maintenance never checked my humidifier. Brian took the time to explain what had happened since the "other company" didn't check the humidifier and answered all of my questions & concerns. Kudos to Brian & Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling.

I just had a new AC and furnace put in. I couldn’t recommend this company more. The guys that came out. Gavin Jimmy and Hunter were very professional friendly explained everything that they were doing. They were absolutely wonderful thank you guys for everything.

Superior came out to do an inspection on a rental property, and the service tech was one of the most professional and knowledgeable inspectors we have ever had. We will definitely be calling them again in the future. In this one home it was a boiler type heater. We will be calling them to clean and inspect a couple of other furnaces that will soon need inspections. This home did require some repairs; the technician had the parts available and was able to do the repairs the same day which made the home safe. Would like to give Ryan credit for this service call.

Superior Comfort, LLC furnace installers did quality work. The area was left clean and everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. My mother was pleased with the service, and based on our experience, I would confidently recommend Superior Comfort and use them again in the future.

Loved the service. Install was great. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. Using a locally owned Family business was very important to me.

Steve was great. Got right to work relighting the pilot. We had a nice conversation while waiting to ensure it would stay lit and heat the water. I can tell he really likes his job and interacting with customers.

Superior comfort did a fabulous job on my heat pump, replacing my old air conditioner and modernizing it all. They removed it from the attic and installed it in the closet more convenient with a very quiet unit they did it professionally and with good speed. They knew what they were doing. From quote to finish was over a week but well worth it Salesman Anthony, techs Donald and Ricky did the great job on my installation and I would use them again.
