Turf Concepts were extremely professional and always responsive during our project, which is really important when dealing with specifics and making adjustments throughout the course of a bigger job. We greatly appreciated how accommodating they were, both in their consulting/pricing where they didn't nickel and dime us for add-ons like moving sprinkler lines, etc. and throughout the actual execution for the installation where they didn't hesitate to adjust the placement of plants, even if they had already been planted. Our project manager was always available and responsive throughout the entire process -- which helps immensely when you may or may not be able to be home for a multiple-day job -- and even doubled-back to verify that our pre-existing sprinkler system which they had to move was working correctly.

Overall a very good experience: Turf Concepts were great quality and proved to be great value for the site prep and installation services they provided, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed landscaping and planting services.

Turf concepts did an excellent job on my front yard. They did a new walkway out of town hall pavers from unilock. It looks better than I even imagined. They also did some new boxwoods and hydrangea tree and shrubs out front. This is my third project with them and I highly recommend them.

After hunting for a plumber through friends and looking on line. Home Advisor recommended A-Rod's. They responded in minutes to set up an appt.. Devon was on time, explained everything and very polite. Job well done!

We had the Gas line to dryer and stove replaced to bring up to code, Very professional and thorough job , detailed quote not just a price. It's nice to know now i can sleep that the gas line was done correctly . Will work with them again and recommend them to anyone that needs their

The owner was very polite and courteous and gave me a call very quickly. The technician Devon, who came out was very polite courteous gave me options explained what he was going to do plus gave me prices. The price was definitely acceptable for the work that needed to be done to replace my Spicket and get under my crawlspace. He got it done real quick. I will definitely be calling them if I need anything else for plumbing.

The plumbers are so knowledgeable, trustworthy, quick and patient. Not only did they fix multiple large plumbing issues at my house in a VERY timely manner, they kept my four year old involved and answered his questions while they worked. I called for a simple basement snake and they wanted to charge me over $5000.00 telling me that he would have to busted up the floor. I called another plumbing company and they fixed the problem for $225.00. Words of advice avoid this plumbing company.

Will was professional and efficient. In addition to installing the sink, new RO system, and bringing the outdated plumbing up to code, he also answered our numerous questions about the other aspects of our plumbing and our water heater. Definitely 5 stars.

After two attempts to snake my sump drain with no results it was time to hire a professional. A-Rod's plumbing suggested a hydro scub to relieve my backed up drain. They sent a camera through and showed the clog inside the pipe. After scubing the drain the camera showed that the drain was unobstructed.
They did a great job, I wish I had called A-Rod's first.

I had these guys out to repair my water heater. They ended up getting a new tank that date. I had my hot water back that evening. These guys are the real deal!

I asked for emergency service to the manager who was off work that day and he came in for us. He figured out what was wrong, got the part and fixed it the same day. Very reliable service.
