I schedule an appointment with these guys every year . Last year it was 2 guys that came out & serviced me in 20-25 minutes. That's good timing to do an entire house & they did a good job as well but I don’t feel like the carpet was cleaned throughly. Yesterday I had a guy with a beard & pony tail or whatever & he took his time & cleaned thoroughly. I appreciated that. I was satisfied with his services. Thanks bro

I just had one of your employees, who's name is Chris, come to my apartment in Ypsilanti, MI and clean up my carpeting. This guy was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely professional and very pleasant. The quality of the work he did has literally made my carpets look brand new. I would highly recommend this company, but even more so I would supremly recommend Chris, because his work is totally on point. Give man a raise!

I just had my carpet cleaned by t. J, he was amazing. And was very friendly hearing informative.
Very professional k new his work. He did an awesome job. I'm so pleased with the results. The carpet's pretty old but he made it look brand new. I will go to nobody else buthank you very much for providing me with a very professional carpet. Cleaner gave me ideas on how to treat stain't.

We had a leak in 2 places in the apartment. The first guy came and sucked up the water. Then 2 days later TJ came and steam cleaned the areas and hallway. He said he did the small area rug that had gotten wet also. He also gave me tips on what to do in the future for stains. Great Job!

Wash on wheels was amazing! Fast 45 min as he estimated. Walked me through what he could do about the water stain from hot water tank leak. Sanitized the carpet. Very Knowledgable about how to treat the carpet best due to his extensive experience. I highly recommend them. This was a word of mouth recommendation from a good friend and a good one at that! I just have to say I am very pleased with my experience from TJ today. He came to my apartment and did a complementary cleaning that our apartment complex offers us. He even went above and beyond on explaining how to keep my carpet clean especially with my kitties and children. He wasn’t a regular carpet cleaning person who just comes in to get the job done and make money, he enjoys what he does and is informative and has great customer service. As a local business owner I contacted Wash on Wheels to see if they could help me clean the front of my building. They were able to come out the same day and do the job! Micheal, Gio, Justin and Don did a great job. They were extremely careful as we had customers coming in and out continuously. Absolutely disappointed. The technician who came to my apartment did a careless job. He was in and out in about 10 minutes, and all he did was get the floor wet. My husband and I noticed he didn’t even go over the juice stains once, which was the whole reason we wanted the cleaning. I didn’t want to hover over him like he said a previous client had, but clearly I should have. The service felt rushed and unfinished. The terrible job was done today.

New Update: The carpet cleaner named Dre took his time, and all the stains were easily removed. Give Dre a raise! 😊😊. Thank you Dre.🙂
