Detroit Appliance came out to repair my freezer that's part of my DTE appliance repair program. Theo call me prior to his arrival and showed up right on time as he said he would be. He was super polite and very respectful. He is also very knowledgeable about the appliances. Jack the technician came and found the source of issue was a burnt out igniter on my oven. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I learned a lot about how to better operate my oven. He replaced the part and we ran a test run and oven worked perfectly. I am extremely happy to have this resolved and wish I would have called sooner. Thanks again for everything and for making my day!!!

Josh was awesome.he went way beyond. He had to take the door off of my Frigadaire
Over the stove microwave to replace the cheap plastic handle with tin foil covering
with a stainless steel handle I had to pay for. Because Fridaire wouldn't honor their mistake. Thanks Josh good job

What a great and professional experience with this company today. Tim Martin came to my home, introduced himself beforeentering, put on shoe covers, then examined my stove.
