**So much to love and appreciate for this company! First, very professional! My call was answered right away with a friendly greeting. They were able to send someone out within the hour the day before thanksgiving even though all the places I called before were saying next week except the one place that came and could not fix it. Second, they sent a text with the technicians photo!! AWESOME! Third, Daniel and his partner were amazing, knowledgeable and patient (for putting up with my 1 year old granddaughter harassing them). I am truly impressed and would recommend them to everyone! Not to mention my oven is working perfectly! Thank you again Daniel and team for such great service!🙏🏽❤️😁

Thank you Detroit appliance for the Work that was done on my fridge by Gerald. He did a great job was respectful and gave me confidence in how he was careful and highly skilled in taking care of the problem with my refrigerator. He was very detailed oriented in explaining what could have been the problem. Hopefully it is solved and I won’t be needing his service anytime soon Thank you also for the in-house technician that were there to support him while he was here doing the repairs. He needed to make a call and they were right there to answer any of his questions.

Very polite and knowledgeable both of the technicians that I had to have out here. The first one was Brian he came out about a week ago, identified the problem immediately, and had the part ordered as soon as possible. The second young man that came out is Gerald was also very polite. I told him my daughter was napping. He was very quiet and got the job done very quickly and quiet. Either of these two technicians, I would love to have at my home again.

Gerald Kern was our technician this afternoon for our dishwasher and he did an amazing job! Got us up and running in less than half an hour. He was very courteous and friendly, would recommend again anytime!

Gerald did a terrific job diagnosing and fixing my dryer today. He was very knowledgeable and throughly explained the repairs made to my dryer. He also advised me on how to extend the life of my dryer. After the repair was completed, he made ran the dryer to demonstrate that the noise issued no longer existed. Great Job Detroit Appliance and service Technician, Gerald . I would use this company to fix other appliances.

Even Stanley ( Professional Service Tch)is very polite professional and does great work. I needed service on my dryer, he came in my home with the utmost respect put covers on his shoes and went right to work. Two weeks later my moms heat went out and what a small world Even was her Tech. He stayed until the job 150% complete. Detroit Appliance/furnace you guys are an amazing company that hires professionals/ Thank you Even you are amazing!!!

Macson Electric completed a whole host of work on my older home recently. I had a list of fixes and updates I was looking to have done including a whole house and attic fan, exterior outlet installation, electrical panel upgrade, fixtures and flood lights and safety inspections. What a great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly, they were quick to come out and provide estimates and advice and quick to get me on the schedule. What a breathe of fresh air to work with such an amazing company. Noah and Jason showed up at 815 am as promised and explained everything they were going to do and 3hrs later they were done. Jason at Macson Electric has taken MONTHS to install a generator in my mother's home. She's gotten one story after another why he hasn't finished yet they didn't have any problem collecting $3500 as a deposit for this job. As far as I'm concerned, this is the sort of company that will screw cusotmers and take advantage of senior citizens.

Good company, I've had them out twice for different projects and I can say that I won't go to any other company for electrical work. They are reasonably priced and very professional. They are always clear on what they can do and why they have to do it a certain way. They've even given advice on some electrical work that I've said I wanted to do myself.

Macson did a great job wiring our new furnace and A/C. The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
