Adam came out and immediately diagnosed rhe issue and did a great job with the service. Ease of scheduling and communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use S&J Plumbing in the future.

My experience was amazing. From the second i called i spoke with the nicest person. Next day Matt and Wyatt were here on time, communicating with me ahead of time about their arrival. They walked me through what was going on, and while in my home their demeanor was so kind, courteous, and respectful. Their prices are competitive, and the quality of their work is second to none. 6 stars but it only lets me give 5.

I wish more companies worked the way S&J did. When they should up at the house, they had great attitudes and were very personable. Great team we're here. Very friendly and so competent. They installed a new water heater quickly and made the nidifucatiins needed. They kept me up to date on the progress. Jacob and Iffat did a fantastic job. They were very thorough in evaluating the plumbing connected to my washing machine. They were able to figure out the problem and fixed it. They cleaned the clean-out and placed it in the correct position. They answered all my questions and were very professional and kind.

We hired S&J to excavate and properly fill an indoor pool, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Shawn and his crew were truly darling — kind, respectful, clean, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process.

We had several estimates prior to choosing S&J, and many contractors were frankly alarming about permits and the complexity of filling an indoor pool. Shawn and his team were never cavalier, but they were confidently reassuring. Their response was simply, “This is what we do. Everything will be okay.” And it was.

They worked efficiently, brought in a master plumber and master electrician, packed and filled everything properly, did not damage our driveway, and completed the project quickly and smoothly. On top of all that, the pricing was very fair.

I would hire Shawn and S&J again in a heartbeat for a major project — and I highly recommend that you do too

This is the second time I have used S and J Plumbing. Each time I have called early in the morning for an appointment and they have been able to squeeze me in. The technicians arrived within the scheduled window, in the early afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the source of the plumbing leak and told me that only 1 pipe in the system needed to be replaced and not the whole system that I thought maybe needed, saving me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate this honesty which is hard to find these days. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I judge the cost for any work that I need to get done on Value for Money and S and J Plumbing has met my expectations 2 times now.

He thoroughly explained what was happening at every step, showing me clear pictures of the inside of the pipe after they inspected and cleaned it out. Ted from Bob Downey Plumbing came to fix my toilet. He was friendly, efficient and fixed my problem. Very pleased wit the result.

Do not hire. My in laws hired them to replace a drain pipe. $15,000 later and the problems were never solved. Had them come back because of issues and they made them pay another $15,000. Do not hire these people. They take advantage of elderly people.
