Very nice crew that came to our house. Even though we had to do something different, they still offered to clean up the water and let us throw some stuff away in their truck. I would highly recommend Adams. Adam made sure to stay in contact and got us in the next day.

Service was amazing, helped through everything step by step. The repairs by Tim hill were top notch would recommend any one to give these guys a call.

I enlisted the help of Adams Restoration after my condo sustained soot and smoke damage from a fire in my complex. I call them my "Warriors of Good" because of how they brought me from such an overwhelming time to a complete restoration. They had a ton of experience and knowledge. They taught me and listened to my questions and concerns. They sent GREAT people, kind and respectful people, from their company and from the many companies they sub-contracted to handle all of my specific needs. Each contractor specialized in an area of need and each was kind and thorough and excellent in their craft. Experiencing a massive restoration throws you off and those guys who came in here were so kind! I had no idea what an in-depth journey I was starting and they really helped to ease it and make me feel taken care of. They reduced stress by working with my insurance company and responding to my questions. I appreciate all of them from the office to the first responders to all the sub-contractors and the guys who did all the removing and lifting and cleaning. I highly recommend Adam’s cleaning and restoration. We had a significant amount of rain the past week and our sump pump failed. I called a few companies and was still waiting to hear back when someone could come by. I tried Adam’s cleaning and they were at my house within 2 hours and even apologized for not getting here sooner. He was very thorough looking for areas of moisture. The crew got started immediately. The team was very professional and hardworking. They definitely took a lot of stress out of this unfortunate situation. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again but I will call Adam’s cleaning if it ever does.

Adams Complete Cleaning was at my home today. Great service. My kitchen walls were grease stained from winter cooking. They thoroughly cleaned everything, cabinets walls and they even remove the refrigerator and clean behind it. I was very impressed with their quality work. I would recommend them to anyone. They are coming back, To clean my carpeting. I am looking forward to this job being done and I am sure they will do a great job. Great company to work with.

Our garage ceiling collapsed bringing down drywall and insulation everywhere. Adams came out late night just to make sure we could get our cars out in the morning. All the workers were pleasant and very professional. They were on time and their work is top quality. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Our basement flooded while we were on vacation due to a pipe bursting on the first floor. When we returned, my family did the clean up. We then hired Adam's Restoration to do the repairs - our basement dropped ceiling was destroyed, and the flooring was damaged.
Chris led the effort, and ensured that the work was estimated, planned, and completed.
Dan did the ceiling work; he is a really great person - he showed up when he said he would, and found alternatives for the dropped ceiling when similar tiles weren't available in a timely manner.
We had our basement belongings stored and reinstalled by two separate teams - Lisa and Andrew, and Matt and Mike. They all did a fantastic and quick job of storing and re-installing everything quickly and safely.
The job is all within the AAA cost estimate. A contractor had come out and given us an estimate that was double the price, and told us we should sue AAA to get more money so the job could be done. Adams came out and did the job within the allocated budget, and our basement looks beautiful.

After pipes burst on Christmas Eve, our insurance company put us in contact with Adams to clean up the water, as well as replace drywall, paint, and install flooring using Michigan Flooring. Our contractor, John, was great to work with, and took us through every step of the process. All of the subcontractors who worked on our house were professional and courteous. We are very pleased with how our house has been restored to its original shape.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The water line to my refrigerator leaked and ruined my wood floor. John and his team were amazing from start to finish! They organized the contractors to move my furniture, move my appliances and refinish my floors. When my washer hook up was leaking after the appliances were reinstalled, John went out of his way and sent his team over to fix the issue. Having never had an insurance claim, I asked a lot of questions. He was thorough and patient with me answering all my questions. His crew was prompt and professional. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend!!

For some reason, their online contact form goes to their spam box, and even if you're literally begging for help, they don't care. So much for "compassionate".

Well so far so good , I'm at the beginning faze of Restoration, and dry out .which was completed on 1/28/25 . So I'm hoping that there are no issues with mold or damp after . I would like to give a big "shout out" to Steve & Gotham who currently work for Adams Restoration.
I had an unexpected emergency which resulted in some flood damage in my home which was pretty nerve wracking . Steve & Gotham were so professional , reassuring , understanding & attentive from the get go and they explained what the damage was and what they would do to rectify the issue. Steve and Gotham were very respectful of my home and made sure that they used drop cloths , shoe covers etc, They cleaned up their messes and always asked if I had any concerns to just ask. They were also very detail oriented in their approach,friendly and easy to talk to.

I would definitely recommend the company for the cleanup portion .& these guys to any potential customer. Joe😊 thanks for the little advice.!!!

Keep up the good work . Hopefully I'll see you guys for the construction portion . And I hope it will go well with no hiccups or issues . I have seen some of the prior reviews which are very unfortunate but I pray you guys will outshine all the past negative comments and continue the momentum of doing an exceptional job . Throughout every step of this restoration process, I felt so well supported by Adam's staff. They have all been professional, but more importantly, they have been patient and compassionate. Their attention to detail is amazing and their commitment to their work is to be commended. Every single one of the people I have dealt with over all these months, from the project manager John, to the workers to the office staff, have not only been excellent at their job but have been wonderful humans and I am so very grateful to have had them in my life. Thank you all for making a traumatic time a lot less painful.

On June 4 a large dead tree in a neighbors yard fell on my garage. It also took out the power lines and snapped a utility pole in half. After a call to my insurance company a crew from Adams Restoration arrived and immediately went to work shoring up the garage to prevent it from collapsing onto my car which was still inside. They also secured a tree service to come and remove the tree from the roof and cleaned up all the debris around the yard. They took pictures and measurements of the garage to share with the insurance company. A few days later they returned to retrieve my car from the garage. They had to cut the door off and then went inside the dangerous structure to shore it up inside before removing my car. The Adams people have been so friendly, professional and compassionate during this stressful time for my wife and I. They have really taken care of business and I just can’t say enough about them
