This business is a fraud. Do not trust them. If you have an insurance claim, do not pay them upfront. Also, they lied when they said they would waive our deductible. Not only did they make us way over nine months, but they never completed the job and on top of that they said that we owe them but once you give them payments insurance won’t help you. Even the mold that they claimed went away did not go away. This is how they left our kitchen and on top of that they put our sink on and it fell. I have pictures to prove plus they got paid for our flooring which not only did they not install, but they did not buy flooring for the kitchen. I have pictures to prove. They even told us they were going to give us a refund and switched it and said that we owed them $3000. Also, they left Staples on our wall and they damaged our black splash. Also, they put a cabinet on top of a floor vent that needed to have a drop vent. Also, they shorted us two cabinets plus much more and on top of everything they treat you like you’re nobody lawsuit coming on top of all that one of the owners thought he could threaten and intimidate my husband by telling us not to call the office to see when they’re actually coming to do the work and at the end, they said they’re not coming anymore. Look at yelp im not the only one that this happened to.

I needed a full home renovation including bathroom tile, paint, and finish carpentry. The project manager, Scott, plus contractors, Leo + Auggie, have exceeded all expectations! They showed up on time, were incredibly professional, and the outcome of the work surpasses anything I could have imagined. This will be the only company I can trust with any future home repair. I even added more work because I was so happy with the results! Thank you for making my place a “dream home”!

For starters, we left our home to begin the process and my neighbors said they did not see any work trucks or employees at our home for over a week. Which, sure I'll give them the benefit of the doubt- permits and whatnot- but why wasn't that handled before we even left our home?

They will not treat your home or property with respect in your absence, will not communicate with you to effectively coordinate your extended stay (you will probably have to get your insurance agent to three-way call them for some accountability), and then when you finally actually do move back home (with permission) after being forced to relocate TWICE due to their lack of communication and organization, you will come home to your linens/belongings in black trash bags from floor to ceiling in your dining room.

The furniture will be completely disassembled. Your home will look like it has been ransacked. Trash and dust will be everywhere along with mud and whatever else the employees track in. (Yes they offered to clean the entire house after I showed him pictures, BUT THE WHOLE POINT OF US BEING OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR 6 WEEKS IN THE FIRST PLACE WAS FOR THEM TO CLEAN IT TOP TO BOTTOM (two weeks of which were an extension! Cleaning is why they supposedly needed to remove all of our belongings and linens FFS). Here's the kicker- they'll "forget" to have the air ducts cleaned until you question them on the condition of your house. Please, make it make sense- uncleaned air ducts upon move in...even though we supposedly needed to be displaced to have our home cleaned because of the asbestos dust everywhere...because a plumber drilled into the basement...where the furnace is...which distributes the (supposedly) contaminated air throughout the house. I don't get it. I don't understand why our insurance had to dish out money to place us in an airbnb then a hotel (with our young child and puppy) if they weren't going to do what seems like the most basic aspects of asbestos abatement 🚩🚩🚩 but hey I'm not a pro. I'm also not dumb.

After that they'll ghost you while trying to figure out where they threw your fiber ethernet cord and child's furniture. Bonus points for not ensuring our linens were sent out to be cleaned until the day we were supposed to move home, so we had to purchase new ones until we finally got everything back almost one month later.

The women I interacted with on the phone were friendly and as helpful as they could be, but Adam (our point of contact for the project) seems to be generally incompetent. I would never treat someone's belongings or home in the manner this company did. It's hilarious (and pathetic) this dude has the nerve to drive around in a truck with "cleaning and restoration" next to his name while leaving peoples' homes in worse condition than when they left.

I'd be happy to update with pictures, perhaps I will, but for now I'm not wasting anymore energy on this bozo. And just so y'all don't think I'm an insane Karen- I want to make sure to mention how helpful, respectful, and communicative the linen company and contractors we have since been working with have been. The discrepancy in quality of services is what prompted me to come warn you all to stay as far away from this hack of a company as you can.

Frankly, having your house flooded sucks but if it does happen you should call these guys. The condo above us flooded and of course cause significant damage to our house below. Randy was at my neighbors house within hours and came down to give us a free estimate and advice. He ended up doing the full restoration and saving our oak hardwood floors.

Adam's came out a couple hours after my basement fire. They placed special fans to eliminate the smoke smell. Once the insurance gave the ok, they were out there cleaning everything on the first two floors. I have to put in a special thank you to George who was so polite and prompt. He kept me in the loop and explained everything they were going to do. We need more workers in the world like him:) Adams did a great job prepping the walls and ceilings for the next steps. Thank you so much!!

We are in the midst of reconstruction and Leo has completed all our tile updates. He is absolutely amazing with his detail and custom work. Highly recommend his quality of work for anyone needing tile updated. Plus he is very kind, professional and knowledgeable for all the steps and questions along the way.

I am in the middle of a big plumbing/restoration repair and clean-up project and would be completely lost (and likely taken advantage of) without Adams. Everyone that I've communicated with and that has been to the house is professional and knowledgeable; they are efficient, explain what they are doing and most importantly, care. A lot of coordination goes into what they do and it isn't easy; They make it seem like it is. They respect your home, your family, and even your pets. Highly, highly recommend.

After experiencing a devastating house fire, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. Adam’s restoration and his team took over for us, and it was the best decision we could have made. From day one, they were professional, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable about the entire restoration process. This was not a Simple remodel. Our home was almost completely gutted. They hired CHRISTOPHER GOJCAJ to help rebuild everything including drywall, painting, Cabinetry and all interior finishes. The paint lines are crisp and clean. The throughout the entire house is exceptional from the work that Chris has done. Chris truly showed communication and reliability. He showed up when he said he would and kept us informed every step of the way and treated our home with respect. During such a stressful time, his honesty, reassurance and attention to detail meant more than we can say our Home is going to look beautiful when it is completely restored. We are beyond grateful For the hard work of Chris, his dedication and the skill he has brought to this restoration project. I highly recommend him to anyone needing drywall, painting, cabinetry, or full interior rebuilding. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely beyond a doubt hire him for anything that I need done in the future. I give him more than a five star. He is a great guy and a great human being. who cares about other people and other people’s property. I am so glad Adam’s restoration. Found him to do the work on my home.

I hired the company for basement remediation and waterproofing. I was very pleased with the company. Their crew was prompt and professional. The foreman kept me updated on the time line for the job. He ensured that the job was completed in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with their cleanliness and that they came back to properly clean up the cement dust which was left behind by a waterproofing sub contractor. They did not consider the job completed until the basement was cleaned and my washer and dryer back in place and properly hooked up. I would recommend them.

ConstrucTeam did an outstanding job restoring my home from start to finish. Hats off to Joey C., Joe B., and the contractors who completed this project. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and problem solved in a timely manner. I appreciate Joey who didn’t hesitate to come back after the project was completed to fix a few issues. I appreciate this team tremendously and will not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

If there were more stars I would go for the max! This is the team you want for restoration services! The entire staff is top notch. Not only their craftsmanship but their customer service is off the charts! Ahmed was my project manager and always catered to my needs. He went above and beyond and treated me like family. Joe and his team responded very quickly to a water issue we had in our upstairs bathroom. The water leaked through the foyer and made a big mess. Joe was onsite very quickly with his team and developed a plan that was very clear to us. He worked with the insurance company and all we had to do let them at it. The quality of work was excellent. They went to great lengths to make sure the work area was taped off and kept as clean as possible. The workers were very respectful of the fact we were still living in the house. The finished product and quality was top notch. Construct Team is our first call for any situation.

I was dreading have to deal with contractors since we have had some terrible experiences. But, all of the folks who have helped give us a beautiful new kitchen have been amazing. Each and everyone of them have been hardworking, respectful, and went above and beyond to make us happy with the job. I even learned some things along the way which will be handy in the future. Thank you to everyone, especially Ahmed, Dennis, Joe B, Gino, and all of the Constructeam crew. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Constructeam ran an insurance related project at my house. It was a stressful situation and we had been dealing with insurance for months before they were hired.

The pros:

They have excellent contractors.
Kept the project on time.
Our PM Greg was awesome - very friendly.

The cons:

We had some issues with some of the details, including with the pack-out, move back and cleaning ...things got lost and damaged. One example was that we had an expensive dresser get damaged because the drawers were not properly marked. Constructeam didn't accept responsibility and wanted to charge us to try and fix it.

Overall, the project went well. However, the owner had a difficult time accepting feedback and I felt like he talked condescendingly to me. It would not have taken much to resolve, but he was defensive and didn't want to listen. I decided it was not worth it to pursue.

The whole Construct Team was amazing. We worked with Ken and JB and they took us from a water mess to a beautiful new kitchen. The office staff was nice and easy to work with insuring we were taken care of from the start to the end. Joe has the whole team operating smoothly and my wife and I were comfortable the entire time knowing we were in good hands.

Joe from Construct team was very professional. He oversaw the entire reconstruction of my basement. Always made sure things were done to my satisfaction and desires. The company dealt with my insurance company and also set up all the different contractors needed to get the job done. Very nice man to work with. Thank you to all involved from Constructeam. We've been using Constructeam for water mitigation and reconstruction since last week, when our basement unfortunately flooded.

The entire team and Constructeam has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The receptionist, the estimator, and the team who actually did the mitigation were all kind, accommodating, efficient, and extremely professional.

Our insurance company even commented that Constructeam is always a pleasure to work with, and that they always do a great job.

We're very pleased with their work so far and will definitely recommend them in the future!

Greg and his whole team were very polite, they spent extra time to ensure things were done right. They were attentive to making sure we were comfortable whenever they were working in our home. The containment team did an incredible job separating the construction area from the rest of the house. The team was also so kind to do the repair work around our schedule, which allowed us to stay at our home for the holidays.

The attention given by Ahmed in restoring my home was very professional and he paid attention to details. A very good employee to be part of your team and someone willing to stay and complete a task on hand. I would rate him a 10 on a scale of 1-10. 10 being the best. Ken, Gino, and Dennis were also responsive to getting my home restored professionally. Joe Cipriano made promises which he lived up to until the job was complete to my satisfaction All the tradesman on my project were approachable to my wants and needs.

Shout out to Dante, Kay, Harley, Tami, and Ken for their hard work on our extensive mold remediation in our house. They did a great job in removing and cleaning all affected areas and made sure to contain everything properly. I appreciate them listening to my concerns and addressing them quickly and efficiently. Very personable team and easy to work with. Thank you!
