An amazing contractor!!!
Had a great experience with the team and the pricing was very affordable. Great job by Ken and the team
Had done work with this GC in the past with no issues. Last two dealings have been sent intent to award notifications only to have their new Project Managers stall for whatever reason they can make up and then negotiate projects with another sub-contractor. Not so much upset about them being unethical dealing behind our back etc to save a little. More upset that I have had to decline other projects in order to honor their schedule/intent to award. So in essence you lose two projects because of their unprofessional tactics. In my opinion this is a shady Contractor you should stay clear of.
We worked as subcontractors for Commercial Contractors, Inc. on the Victoria's Secret fit-out at the Tanger Outlets in Hershey, PA. We did their concrete saw cuts for utility trenches and pour backs. Their team was professional, highly responsive, and a pleasure to work. They executed change orders quickly to keep the project on track & even paid out quickly once our scope of work was completed. We would highly recommend this company for any of your commercial construction needs! We also recommend working for them as subcontractors, as we've had a great experience with their whole team!
Dave G's assessment is very believable after our experience. Their Super had major issues with another contractor and took it all out on our crew. Without any clues about what caused this behavior, we were harassed the entirety of the experience; we received threats to damage our property, were repeatedly threatened with being "replaced", communicating with him was a miserable experience and any attempts to smooth things out ended in dramatic screaming and name-calling. He also blamed us for the theft of some tools, a particular brand none of us carry. I could say a great deal more about this, but it was mostly several months of being followed around and harassed by an old man picking fights with people daily for reasons no one could discern. He even stooped to attempting to start fights among individuals in our crew. It seemed like an effort to get us to back out of the contract, to get free labor. Like Dave, I highly advise you steer clear if at all possible.
