First time using Apex appliance service. Mark the technician was very professional and friendly, he diagnosed the issue super quick and had us up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Apex to all my friends and family.

Nice technician and scheduled for next day which was great. Unfortunately charged a trip fee of $100 to come out and spend 7 minutes only to tell me to buy a new machine. Seems a bit predatory when not actually diagnosing and servicing the initial issue of concern.

Called Apex to order a part for my KitchenAid oven. "Glass Panel for upper door"
I even provided the part number.
The nice lady put me on hold for a few minutes and upon returning to the phone had theis to say. "The part you want has been discontinued and would have to be special ordered if she could find one. It will be three to four weeks and cost $175.00"
I said thank you for your time and hung up.
Went downstars to my computer and entered the part number and up popped no less than 6 different suppliers, with my part IN STOCK!
I called the one advertising the best price,
$59.00 delivered to my door!
Duri g my conversation, the service rep tells me that the part was NOT discontinued and as a matter of fact, is a current part number being used on ovens manufacturered today!
I'm seriously pissed!
I WILL NEVER BUY PARTS FROM OR HAVE APEX DO ANY SERVICE WORK FOR ME, EVER AGAIN!

Fantastic service, very high recommended. Tom was on-time at the stated time, was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to resolve the issue with my freezer in no time. Tom came with all the parts needed and even had spare parts in his van and explained the issue and pointed on the problem in laymen terms. He even cleaned up his work area after he was done. Very efficient with his time and the cost for the labor and parts was actually much less than I expected for service calls in today's market. I cannot recommend Apex Appliance enough I will be using them in the future for my appliance repairs.

Our dishwasher quit working and having used Apex several years ago, I called them to schedule someone to come out and look at it. They had someone available within two days. James came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, purchased the replacement needed and let us know we would have it in a week. Just as he said, the office called, said the part was in and James was back the next morning to complete the repair.

James was wonderful - fully masked, organized and incredibly helpful! We highly recommend Apex!

This is the second time we are using this company. The receptionist was really caring and worked with our schedule to accommodate me. Also gave us a call when the technician was on the way. Our technician, James was knowledgeable and very respectful. Reasonably priced and no hidden charges.
I will recommend this place to my friends.

2025 Edit - furious this morning after waiting through the 9-11am window for our appt with a tech to fix our fridge. Called and was told “I don’t see you on the schedule”. I feel I brushed off like it’s not a big deal that I wasted my morning. CALL and confirm your appointments folks.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable tech. Had them here a few years ago, never hesitated to call them this year for a different issue.

Use ebay or Amazon or anyone else for parts. Atleast you can return them if they don't work or the wrong ones with no questions. Apex doesn't give a crap because the owner only cares about the bottom line not the customer. Check the negitive responses from others. There's plenty as to why not to do business with this company.

We need other businesses to do what this does and bury them otta business !!

Mark came out to fix my dryer today. Friendly, prompt, and not nearly as expensive as I feared it could be. Repair done quickly and efficiently too! Decided to call Apex after I was recommended by two people I know and was definitely not disappointed! Will 10/10 recommended to anyone in need of repairs!

My stove was leaking gas and several of my burners were burning unevenly. I called Apex and the scheduling receptionist went out of her way to coordinate having a technician sent to my house that very same day (despite their schedule being full until the following week!). Tom arrived less than an hour later and was respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly! I truly felt as though he genuinely cared about my safety. His demeanor was such that, in the short time he was in my home, I felt instantly comfortable with him and did not experience any of the 'awkwardness' that typically occurs when a random repairman is in your house. He cleaned our burners and explained a few very important stove-related facts to me that I am sure will come in handy in the future. Our stove was back in working condition not even twenty minutes after he arrived. I will definitely, definitely, definitely be calling Apex again for any future appliance repairs!

We called Apex for help with a major kitchen appliance. The repairman was polite and considerate, evaluated the problem, explained to us the problem that he found and what he needed to do to fix the problem, and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable enough to really fix the problem. In the end, he cleaned up after himself. We were very satisfied with his work, and recommend Apex to others.

When our dryer broke it was the last thing we wanted to deal with as we both work full time and are very busy. I contacted Apex and was able to get an appointment quickly and the subsequent repair was carried out seamlessly. I am glad we opted to repair our dryer instead of just replacing it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

From scheduling an appointment to the service provided, everything about Apex Appliance is efficient, courteous and professional. Tom diagnosed the problem on our washer, fixed it and ran a confirmation test for our peace of mind. Plus, compared to most home service providers today, the fee was fair and reasonable.

I am torn leaving this review. I had great service from James and a horrible experience with Kathy in the office. James was on time and communicated clearly. However, Kathy in the office accused me of “DECEIVING” because she didn’t ask if I rent or own when I set up the appointment. We will not be using this company ever again and neither will our landlord.

Great service. Were able to respond quickly. James is a real professional. Explained the situation and gave us the repair cost up front. No surprises!
