Good selection of parts, poor customer service when I was told the incorrect wire was what I needed for my project and thus sold the incorrect wire and was unable to return it. Went to Kendall and they were much more knowledgeable and helpful.

Supper helpful folks. I was looking for an obscure fuse, the sales person took the time to walk back and check on stock and to make sure it was what I needed. It and another fuse were a whopping $6.00 sale. I’ll definitely be back.

They have really turned themselves around from years ago! Huge warehouse, efficiency centered, customer focused approach. They are about saving labor cost and making you look good to the GC! Delivery times and product storage that works for you. Give them a chance and they will not disappoint!

Their hours are not right on anything. I woke up first this in the morning and drive all the way to Grand Rapids for a part and all the doors are locked and lights are off. It says they are open from 7am to 11am today. Clearly they are not. Wasted my time when I could of went to Lansing instead.

Pretty good sometimes. Better prices than Ace Hardware which is very cool, but not as cool as the fact they give donuts to their favorite customers.

The only time you won't see donuts there is when they are mad with you.

Been sparkying in Michigan for 5 years now and the team at All Phase at Turner Ave are the best in the business. I left ordering to the last minute and Fro was able to save the day. I appreciate all the guys and gals who work there. Fro, Terry, Cody, Andrew, Colton always deliver 5 star service!!

I was just driving down 14 mile in Cedar Spring's.
One of your drivers was tailgating, swerving behind the person in front of him back-and-forth.
some serious roadrage going on there.
Not very professional.
I've never had to use this company as a supplier. But after seeing that, I never will.
