I scheduled work with this company and have a situation where we have power cords running through the house and needed to have our electrical panel replaced. I spoke with the owner Rich on the phone and let him know. He said that it would take a couple weeks because an inspector would need to be scheduled out for it. He then asked me to text him my address, which I did. Next I waited a week and a half and realized he never wrote me back after I texted him my address, so I decided to check in on him. I wrote to him asking for an update and he wrote back, "Thanks for the reminder. Could you send me a picture of your electrical panel?" This tells me has completely forgot about my scheduled appointment. I wrote back asking when the work would get done, and then he went radio silent for a week. He later wrote back saying he went out of town so couldn't write me back sooner. So right after he sent the message saying he forgot about the appointment, he went out of town? Really unreliable company. After comparing his quote to other electricians in the area, I realized it was a lot higher. So he actually saved me a few hundred dollars by forgetting about the job. Thanks Rich.

I have only had good experiences using Carlson Electrical Systems. We use them in almost every project we have and have always received quotes quickly and accurately. Work is always done on time and to satisfaction. Could not suggest them enough for all your electrical needs.

Rich & John installed a new bath fan/light/heater, and new outlet for my bidet. They also ran lines for my future whirlpool tub project. All this had to be run through the attic so it made a big mess of insulation. They cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Rich for great communication and promptness. A job well done! These guys are great. Josh and nick are the best! I run a car wash in the area and they are always quick to respond and help me out. I recommend them to everybody.

Lil Nick should probably spend less time texting and driving when he's got a personalized license plate on a giant GMC billboard. Encountered for less than 2 miles and created absolute chaos among every driver around him. I was fortunately not one of them but it made enough of an impression to leave a review.

LEI has renewed my faith! My faith that that are still companies out there that pay close attention to detail and customer service! This company camped out for close to a year near my new large construction project.
They were always the first workers on the job and last to leave everyday. The detail was second to none. Kyle, Wackeem, Kyle #2, Cody, and the new guy ( forgot his name) All were friendly and hard workers.
I have done a few construction projects and I can say LEI was the most impressive Contractor I have ever worked with.
