The Stump Guy is top notch!! He was professional and prompt from our first phone call until we said good bye after he finished our job. His prices were the best I found, he did the job and answered questions and cleaned up afterwards.

We contacted The Stump Guy on a late Sunday afternoon. From the start he was professional and very helpful. Wasn't pushy and took his time with all my questions. We set the appointment and had another appointment at the same time. The Stump Guy asked that I mark the stumps and let him know where to look. We got home that evening and everything was perfect. We couldn't even tell that he was even there. This is the best stump removal service I've used in 50 years. This is the only one I will ever trust with this service.

Louis did a phenomenal job! He was easy to get ahold of, and was able to come out the same week to take care of the two stumps I had. He was very friendly, and professional. Would 10/10 recommend him to anyone needing to get rid stumps in there yard!

Super nice guy. Professional, timely and very fair priced. I was worried about chips getting in my neighbors yard because stump was 2 feet away from chain link, but there was no signs of wood chips anywhere. Just a very neat pile where the stump was and I put that right in my garden. If you need stump removal call this youngman, You will be so appreciative that you did. Thanks Louis!

Louis was able to come out in a very timely manner to grind our stumps. Plus he ended up doing an extra for us at the last minute. He was very courteous to us and very respectful about how he left the area looking like when he was done with the work. I 100% recommend Louis for any future projects.

Louis did a great job grinding two Black cherry stumps I had. One was in a flower bed and was pretty tight to some plants we want to salvage and he was very clean and careful of them. The whole job took about 45 minutes, and I was very impressed at how professional he was.

I filled out a request for a call back on the stump guys website. He responded in a timely manner and gave me a reasonable time and rate to grind my stump. He reached out to me a few days before with a time he would be there and showed up right on time. My wife was the only one home at the time and he was respectful and nice. He made quick work of the stump and cleaned up his mess. He filled the hole back in and left the area better than he found it. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Every time I use The Stump Guy I get professional results done on time and within quoted price. He is my go-to for the stump work. So far 7 stumps and counting. thanks, for all you do!

If I could I'd give them 15 gold stars rather than 5 stars! Wonderful hard working, very affordable prices! Not to mention super personalities of the employees! We had 9 very large trees cut down that where leaning onto our home as well as to our privacy suburban fence. Not to mention impressed with their speed and accuracy of tree trimming and removal. If I ever need tree triming or removal again I'd call them. It was most likely the hottest July day of the year at 100'F and super humid. I'm not easily impressed but these hard working guys impressed me!

We are very happy with the work that Louis, the owner/operator did for us in Rockford. We are putting in a rock path to our backyard and had some old tree roots to clear out to get a level pad. On short notice Louis gave us a fair quote and quick turn around so that I could get the job done. He communicated well, is easy to work with, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him for your stump grinding or ground leveling needs.
