Cascade Fresh is the most professional, responsive, and quality centered cleaning service in Grand Rapids. Recommended over and over again in community social media groups, they have been the answer to our challenges in finding good, consistent help in maintaining our home. While professional cleaning may be a luxury to some, in our situation, dealing with chronic illness, the service Cascade Fresh provides is absolutely life changing. Coming out of my bedroom and seeing a well maintained home improves my daily outlook exponentially. We love seeing the Blue Team from Cascade Fresh every time they clean our house. They do a terrific job, and we really appreciate the way the house looks (and smells) after they're done. They pay attention to details. And we really like them, too!

Cascade Fresh did a great job cleaning our new home! The team did a deep move-in clean, including cleaning the fridge and oven. The house and appliances were sparkling after and the house smelled great. Also, the cleaning and office team were very friendly and easy to work with! I would 100% recommend this company :)

It had been a very long time since my last deep clean, and I have been unable to properly tackle it myself. But upon their arrival (and after a brief tour of my home), the Cascade Fresh team immediately went to work and dedicated themselves to scrubbing and polishing until everything just seemed to glow! Morgan and Stacey do an amazing job cleaning our home! It always smells so fresh and clean the moment you walk in the door. The glass shower door is completely streak-free every time (which is no small task!), and I especially love that they make my kids’ beds with all their stuffed animals perfectly arranged and ready to snuggle at night.

We have been using Cascade Fresh for a little over a year now and have been very impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. I also feel completely at ease leaving my dog with them, which says a lot. They are very pet friendly and take great care in our home. We loved our cleaner but not the owner. Have not seen such an unprofessional business owner. Canceled our appointment without any notice twice, and not owning it. Poor attitude. Save your time and money to other cleaning companies, it’s not worth it waste of time with them.

Reply to the respond: you are not telling the truth. The first time you canceled our appointment was because of staffing issue, the weather was good. Notice 30 mins before the clean was not acceptable. You never think how much effort we have to put in to prep our home before the clean. Then you created the “rule” if customer cancel the appointment within 24hours we have to pay $40 late fee. That’s why we are ask you to deduct $40 from your end for our next clean because you made the cancellation not us. If you create the rule we all have to follow it right??
Moreover, if you cancel the appointment due to weather then at least let us know. The fact that we didn’t even know our appointment was canceled until we had to ask you because our cleaner didn’t show up.
We cannot accept a service where the appointment is randomly canceled by the owner with any notification. Business do not and should not run like this. Hope you own your fault not try to confuse others.
