I had my first bi-weekly cleaning today of my 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse and I am blown away by how clean everything is and how good my house smells! Blue Lavender Cleaning was very quick to initially respond with their quote and answered any questions I had, as this is the first cleaning service I've ever used. I feel that their cost is extremely fair and was about $20 cheaper than another competitor's quote I received. Overall, I'd highly recommend Blue Lavender Cleaning.

Blue Lavender is simply the best cleaning service in Grand Rapids. We’ve had Blue Lavender cleaning our home for 7 or 8 months, on a weekly basis. They have been great, particularly with communication. I can always text the owners and get a prompt response, and if something comes up, they are proactive in reaching out. When we’ve noticed something could use extra attention, they are very receptive and make sure it’s taken care of. Highly recommended!

First time experience with Blue Lavender Cleaning, I was hesitant trying a new company having our home cleaned by an individual for four years and doing an outstanding job caring for our home. However, Anthony, co-owner did a fine job describing the company and their policies and employees. Kasey was late but did a fine job for her first experience at our home. We look forward to her return in two weeks. She was very pleasant, polite and worked hard for 2+ hours leaving the house clean and refreshed. We're grateful for her service.

We contacted Blue Lavender Cleaning about setting up weekly house cleaning services. Anthony was quick to respond and super friendly and helpful! He was able to fit us into the rotation quickly. The first cleaning was incredible! Our house looks and smells great! I truly feel like they took their time to make sure everything was done right. They even put points on our toilet paper! So excited to continue using them for our weekly cleanings!
