While driving around town I saw someone in a company truck cutting off people and driving recklessly. Definitely a bad look and not professional.

Katerberg VerHage designed and installed a large retaining wall and circular patio area in our backyard. The materials used were high end and we are very pleased with how it turned out. The plantings that they suggested and installed are beautiful and compliment the whole project and our home. The two person crew was professional and worked efficiently. We are planning an addition to this project and will definitely be using KV for this also. We would recommend KV for your landscaping needs!

I did not use there services but my car was having issues and i was sitting in the parking lot with a broken down vehicle and one of your gentleman kindly asked if i needed help! I just have to say thank you! I know i didnt need your help as i had friends coming but the fact that you took time to ask not alot of people like that out there! So thank you!

Bad experience. Committed to do Fall cleanup 2016 only if I agreed to also do Spring cleanup 2017. I agreed to. Same price, $245, for each...with the purpose of ensuring if they "didn't get it clean in the Fall, they would have to get it in the Spring". Well, they haven't yet arrived in the spring, and today said their price is now $425.

I started dealing with Katerberg Verhage, about 3 weeks ago. I explained what I wanted in detail. After employee Sam Stoner, worked the numbers, I thought it was very high. In particular, I questioned the retaining walls. His measurements were about twice what mine were. I invited Sam to come back and we would measure it together. Sam was asking $8,600 for approximately 80 square feet. I gave an offer, less than what they were asking, and asked him to “tell me your thoughts on the offer”. Next business day, I got an email stating he spoke to the owner and they were not interested in my
project...? Sorry for asking you to be honest and fair.

Inconsiderate drivers. A young man was driving this morning and nearly ran me off the road… he CLEARLY saw me and very obviously had a larger vehicle (company) and proceeded to merge regardless of his actual right of way and clearly forced me over in another lane. Based off of that behavior, I would never hire this company! Complete entitlement and arrogance!

By far, the best Landscapeing and excavation company in Grand Rapids. This company does it all. Underground pipe work, grading, custom landscaping, GPS and total station auto grading, water main, Storm sewer, sanitary sewer.

Used this service three times & all three times a good experience. I was charged exactly what I wad quoted, the drop-off & pickup easy. Go with Haul Away Disposabl.

Just watched the haul-away dumpster pick-up guy dump rainwater onto the customer's driveway. It'd be one thing if it were just rainwater... But it was black, smelled like sulfur, and flowed out into the street along with the trash scraps floating in it. So... That's extremely messed up.
