Very happy with the service I was provided.
They came when they said and picked up dumpster promptly when they said.
There was an accident where the driver tore up half of the landscape along the driveway, Kyle came out right away to look at the damage, he refunded part of our fee on the spot. Great company. We will use it again any time we need to rent a dumpster.

Excellent service! I called looking for a dumpster in a rush and these guys were able to get it to my location right when I needed it. They showed up on time, they were upfront about their pricing, and even came and got it as soon as it was full instead of leaving on my property for a full week. 10/10 would use this company again for dumpster needs in the Grand Rapids area.

I have been using Caretakers Property Maintenance for over 10 years. They are always very responsive. Their employees actually care about doing a good job, not just getting the job done.

This business is a joke, they sent out two people to clear icicles from peaks in my complex. I hear a loud bang and crash outside my window, mind you this is at 7PM on a FRIDAY, pitch black outside and my 75,000$ car is sitting in MY driveway. I open the window and see two men with their heavy duty equipment inches from my car, he dropped the pole they use to hit the icicles and it fell to the ground potentially hitting my car along with heavy massive icicles surrounding my car now. Not to mention he was hovering over my car looking at it to assess the damage and he claims he just “likes bmws”. They took zero precautions, potentially damaged my property and the lack of accountability from the owner is disturbing to say the least. I will be taking legal action against the company and they should NOT be trusted to maintain your property.

Awesome experience with the team with home landscaping design and install. honest, knowledgeable design suggestions and efficient top notch install. Couldn't be happier - the neighbors are stopping by asking who did the work! Also use Caretakers for lawn mowing and they are consistent, efficient and professional.

This business is honest, efficient, effective, and they listen. They installed 13 arborvitae last year and today wisteria vines and box shrubs to incase my back patio. Beautiful!

Jake is very professional and his team do great work. From mowing to landscaping, even snow removal they handle it all.

We chose Shady Acres to plant a privacy hedge after our new neighbor chose to build his house pointing his windows on the back side of his house looking into our back windows.
Jake made an on-site visit to assess our needs. He came up with a creative way to add 1-1.5 feet to the tree height allowing us to purchase a smaller tree to start at less cost.
He also offered a couple of different options of trees to choose from that would obtain the result we need.
I highly recommend Shady Acres! Have them give you a quote and talk to them. If you want personal, professional service and quality, they are worth your time.

Jake at Shady Acres Landscaping re-landscaped my front and backyards. I wanted something easy to maintain yet an eyecatcher. Jake came up with a fantastic design and he and Brett from the company redid both yards from ground up. The front yard is beautiful but anytime someone comes to my house and sees the backyard, they just stand there and say “Wow”. Highly recommend this company!

We had a big space in our front yard that was taken over by English Ivy and the vines were too vicious for us to get through. They were able to clear and mulch the space just like we imagined. It’s now a blank canvas I can work with. Highly recommend!
